The 2 guys worked hard and did a very good job. They tidied up afterwards and “handed over” the two doors making sure we were happy with them .
The after sales service was quick, courteous and efficient whilst arranging a visit for minor adjustment to the handles and locks.
I would definitely recommend Orion

We had fabulous assistance/advice from making our initial enquiry to moving into our new home
Nothing seemed too much trouble.handover from colleagues was seamless and we felt able to tell of any anxieties( some were trivial ) Never felt like this
Imelda Melanie and Jess felt like family
Nearing moving date Simon the site foreman was and still is easily approachable listened and answered our queries putting a plan in place and resolving items seamlessly
Our home is perfect .we are very proud indeed
My husband would speak of the finish and how well things have been done
I appreciate all of this but to me for it to feel like our home as soon as we walked in was and still is wonderful
The people working on site were always easy to speak to and very thoughtful at all times

Graphite French doors…
Over the moon with my graphite French doors from Orion, they look stunning. Had a couple of small niggles but cannot fault the customer service I have received. Had to have one sealed unit replaced as there were streaks between the glass but these weren’t noticed until the sun shone. No problem having it replaced, was done within the week. Definitely recommend this company 💯 %

Great engineer arrived to fix window handle and back door knee exactly what he was doing fixed window first now works great then onto our back door that had stoy shutting properly now works like new. The Engineer was very efficient and clean worker took his boots off outside, what more could I ask for great experience thanks Orion
