The lack of a fifth star is that this was not the first time I'd tried to get the problem dealt with, having several times been redirected only to wait and then be cut off. I'm hoping that my recent experience reflects an improvement in process.

Craig was very helpful today talking me through my options of either upgrading to a new phone or going for a sim only option. He was patient , going at my pace and answered all my questions promptly.

After giving a few details about my current device, what I was currently paying each month and what I would have to pay to end my current contract early. He then discussed clearly my options and asked what I would prefer to go with. Decided to stick with the phone I already have as there are no issues with it and just reduce the cost of my monthly payment which he was able to bring down by half. Change over was very smooth, he described what would now happen next. Just to await my new sim and everything will be as simple as swapping the SIM card over.
Ethan also explained that he is at the other end of the phone or email if I ever need anything which is great to know.

Awful Company and awful service
Awful Company and awful service , I am paying £88.98 a month! For a O2 sim that is awful , and loses coverage on a regular basis. I am paying £53 for a device that has not upgraded since 2024! The contract has auto renewed now tying me in contract until 2028! And still have same phone! Absolutely stay away from this company. A total rip off

As always Ian Slater is the most amazing sales man, thank goodness who only does phones/ networks VAM's watches etc. Because if he sold boats/ car/ houses if I had the money I would prob buy it all. You are lucky to have him working for you
