5 years of wasted emergency insurance payments
For the last 5 years I've had landlords emergency insurance from Row. My tenant recently needed to use the insurance. On calling the tenant had to wait in a phone queue for around 40 mins each time, with basic details collected when they did get through. After 36hrs and no emergency response I called in to chase up.
Row then said they would arrange someone to come out if I paid the excess. An hour later they called to advise they had no plumbers on their books in my area. Which as I live in North London, that's a pretty poor show.
They asked me to get a plumber myself and they'd pay. Not had a word from them since I sent in the invoice, despite chasing up. Starting to think I've wasted 5 years of premiums.
Will be following up soon via Financials Ombudsman service.

After I called several times because I made the claim from august they accepted the claim now and they send me the replacement phone after 2 weeks after I paid the excess and the phone is in bad condition, scratches , the screws are damaged , and is very dirty. Unbelievable

People be CAREFUL!
People be CAREFUL! It’s very fast and cheap but when you have some problems they are not doing nothing. And you’re paying for nothing. For me this company are like absolutely scammers company.
I bought Tv and after I bought in this company insurance, everything was very fast. But after more than one year, I broke TV screen, log in online in them website trying to get claim, filled everything. And I got answer that my claim it’s cancelled. So they answer was that they are covering things what it’s just year old. If you have some problems after it’s not them problem anymore. But the best part it’s that every single month they are still taking money from your bank FOR NOTHING. When I start to contact with them I was more shocked, first call was with man who actually agreed that I was paying for nothing and he can’t do nothing about that. The second call was after 1 MONTH! Other man call to me and said that’s it’s my fault, because I didn’t see that they are covering just 12months and he absolutely didn’t listen me. I understand that’s very comfortable to take money from people for nothing. But they should inform, call or send email. That for example your policy it’s not covering anymore some thing. But no I was like stupid who is always paying, thanks God that I broke the screen and cancelled the policy. Because who knows how long I would pay more, 5 or 10years. Imagine to trough out 150£ per year in to bin. Because the feeling it’s like that. And by the way they are not planning to make any refund. I know that’s very quick to buy, cheap but double think before buying because cheap doesn’t mean successful. Be careful.

Beware OF BIG LIES NOT BIG WARRANTIES
I took a policy with Big warranties in 2018. I never made a claim. Now I tried to make a claim but they told me that I need to make any claim with our sister company which is called ROW. I tired to make a claim with Row. On Row website it said you can only do it online and Row doesn't give any chance to talk on the phone. I am sure everyone understand how frustrating is that when you can't can't an answer when looking for help and your without a washing machine.
I call back Big Warranties to tell them that I am not having any help.
I explain to them that my money goes to to you Big Warranties and as such it's you are the responsible to fix the problem. They told me yes we get your money but you still need to go to ROW. I SAID TO MYSELF LET'S CHECK WHAT IHAVE SIGNED FOR FIRST.
So I made a phone call to Big Warranties and requested a copy of my policy document by email (by the WAY the phone call was recorded as I requested).
I received an email telling me that they can't send it. They told that they will send me a copy now they are telling they can't.
I need to add more to this. When I asked the lady on the phone her name she refused and said ask for customer services ( I never met someone with the name CUSTOMER SERVICES HA HA HA HA
