Horrendous!
They did nothing to veil with “unavailable” over those items for which they claimed they could not provide; took payment, and, charged me instaneously.. without providing any service whatsoever! Sent a bill, a lame-ass email short nothing of FRAUD! as a letter of cancellation *@ end of my persons’ holiday when purchase for that day expected delivery was made early a.m. and now could do nothing ‘on-time’. DEPLORABLE!
No sense of propriety, honor or ethics. waayy FOREIGN w major accents!!
They claimed 5-10 business days for refund ..NOTHING!!
I stopped payment & will follow up with the Better Business Bureau ‘n more..

I ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday for delivery out of state on May 17, 2024. My money was taken immediately and shortly after that I received an email notifying me that they could not fill the order and would refund my money. Approximately 4 email promises for refund and 2 months later, I still have not received my refund for $78.43. I've reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and would have given them 0 stars, if possible. I paid for flowers that were never delivered and did not receive my refund that was promised.

UPDATE: I finally received a refund on July 25, 2024. Still, this is not a legitimate company. Look up the address they list on Google Maps/Earth and you'll find a Bank of America location.

This place is a scam . Once you order then they say they could not deliver and will refund your money but they never refund your money . BBB is also saying they are a scam . Report them to the BBB so they can be put in jail for stealing peoples money. Also notify your bank.

This business is not a legitimate provider of goods/services: sarataflorist.com. They cancelled my order the same day I placed it, with regret to inform me it could not be fulfilled and I would be refunded. Three weeks later, upon calling, I had a very unpleasant and condescending exchange with Peter, informing me that Peter was the top person and only person that works for the company and to wait for my refund to show up in my account. When emailing the customer service manager Marget Reys, you get a generic AI-driven auto-reply.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member the same day not even a courtesy phone call. They just sent me a cancellation email which left me scrambling to find somebody else which I could never get in time. Don’t waste your time with this company. They suck.

Cancelled an order and took money out of my account 2 days later. I have contacted them 3 times. They tell me they are refunding the money but it's been 11 days.

This is a SCAM company. Their game is to take your money and then write you back that your order was cancelled because local florist partners could not deliver. They promise full refund that does not come. Read the BBB complaints about this scam.

No stars if it was possible!!! Like the other reviews, my order was cancelled and they sent an email saying that my charges were refunded. It’s been 12 days and 2 calls to customer service that hasn’t happened yet. They just keep saying it’s showing refunded on their end and give it a few more days.

Bought flowers to send to a friend. They canceled. Emailed me a refund statement. Three weeks and haven’t got it. Definitely a scam company. When I call they tell me two more days to get refunded. Having my bank file dispute

Seems to be a trend and repeated. I ordered flower delivery. Got an email that they cancelled the order and that I was refunded. That was May 15, 2024. Today, July 16 - nothing. I've emailed them 3 times. They reply with an apology for the delay and again a promise of 3-7 days for the refund. I have reported them to my bank as a disputed charge. Hope to get refunded. Order: 229718

UPDATE: Interestingly enough, once the bank contacted them with my proof, they did refund the money - but I never would have gotten it, I believe without the push from the bank. Just find a different florist. It's happened to too many people. Sorry Saratra...get better.

We ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered for our daughter's birthday the next day. Upon completing the order, my card was charged, but my order was immediately canceled via email. I received an email notification of the invoice showing the fully refunded order. I reached out to Sarata Florist via email, making them aware that the refund has not been returned to my bank. I have yet to receive my money!!!

Margaret Reys is the key contact, however, the emails could be an autoresponder. I noticed the company name changes between Sarata Flowers and Sarata Florist in the email response.

It's been 3 weeks, and I want my money back! I have reported this company to the BBB.

This company is a scam!!! You can't call customer service. After my flowers didn't get delivered and my card got charged I did some research. Same thing as others. You get an email saying they couldn't deliver the flowers and then they say (AND THEY DON'T) that they're going to refund your money. I also put a complaint in with google as this was the first website that came up when searching. That's what I get for going with a company I've never used before.

The company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! I placed an order for a funeral in a different town than where I live. They canceled my order and said they would issue a refund which they NEVER DID!! I am out $95!! DO NOT USE THEM!! They exist only to take your money with no intentions of delivering your floral order. 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely terrible. Ordered on a Sunday hoping the flowers would show up. Got a refund saying it wasn't possible and I totally get it. It was on a Sunday. Ordered again for Monday. Same result. Cancelled order and "refunded" my money. We'll its Monday so let's see what happens. I hope they figure this out ASAP. After reading these reviews I am not feeling too confident

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. I PLACED AN ORDER IN JUNE FOR A FUNERAL AND THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I’VE CALLED 5 TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY TOLD ME A MANUAL REFUND WAS ISSUED WHICH I HAVE YET TO SEE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE REFUND CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND SAID IT WOULD BE IN MY EMAIL WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. THEY ARE SCAMMERS TRYING TO KEEP PEOPLE’S HARD EARNED MONEY. I GIVE THEM 0 STARS

It's really a 0 star. This place is a scam. Donot order from this florist. They will cancel your order but not refund. Several emails and phone call proved fruitless. I only wish I had read reviews first.

Omg! I should’ve read the reviews before I order too! I order flowers for a funeral and 10 minutes later they cancel my order too! They are such 🤬 I will be reporting them to BBB RIGHT NOW!

Bought flowers for my sister's birthday in March. Still to this day never got a refund. I have been back and fourth on email with this company and they keep saying I will get it back but never did.

Scam!!! They took my order, not 10 minutes later canceled the order saying they refunded my order and took the money out of my account. Did not refund my order. Same generated response everyone else is complaining about. Scam artist repulse me!!!
