Believe all the bad reviews and don’t order from this scam company. They sent an email saying they couldn’t fulfill the order and would refund the money which never happened!! BEWARE!!!!

SCAM!!!!!! Do not order from them. They steal your money and never refund it and never provide the service!

Worst online florist ever charged my Visa account did not notify me that they were not able to deliver. Have never seen my refund and almost 3 months. they are out of New York don’t ever use them

I ordered flowers and the order was canceled without explanation. I was told my money would be refunded but after 2 weeks, still no refund. When I called, I was told the bank was taking its time.
Do not order from this company. There are many complaints with the BBB. This business is a scam.

Do not use this company! I ordered from them and they charged my account then I got an email saying they could not find a florist to deliver the flowers I ordered and that they would refund my money back which they never did. This company is a scam

I ordered flowers for a bereaved family. I received an immediate email canceling the order and issuing a refund. Five business days later, the company tried to palm me off, stating I should see the refund in "2-3 business days." I immediately called my bank to dispute the refund and sent them a copy of the email showing the refund.

They just scammed me !!! Never order from here

I ordered two floral arrangements and spent $123.50. However, they were not able to follow through on the arrangements and stated that I would be fully refunded. They are no longer responding to my emails, and I have reported them to the BBB, as well. It has been almost four weeks since the promised refund was communicated about.

Do not order from this company!! They try to steal money... no flower delivery, order cancelled, refund initiated. These were the emails I received 2 weeks ago. Today I filed fraud on them with my bank & requested a charge reversal.

Scam! They will take your order, take your money, then they will say they can't deliver and will refund your money but they do not.. I've read hundreds of similar reviews only too late. They stole 94 dollars from me and anyone else that orders flowers from them. Don't make the same mistake! Do not order from Sarata Flowers!!!

Do not use this company. They advertise same day delivery, you enter the date you want, they take your money and then you get an email with a different delivery date. I spoke to several people who blamed it on the flower shops they use. I am not waiting on a refund and from what I've heard it may not happen. I will dispute this charge through my bank. Please do not use this company!!

STAY AWAY FROM Sarata Florist!!!
On July 12, 2024 I made an order for flowers from Sarata Florist for a family that was in mourning, they immediately cancelled the order informing that they will not be able to do the delivery so they will refund my funds.
Todate, August 4, 2024, I still have not received the refund after I have made multiple telephone calls to them and on each call I was promised that it will be returned to my credit card in 2-3 business days.

Absolute scam. Checkout the Better Business Bureau about them. Scamming everyone.

Rated 0. Horrible heartless thieves. No flowers delivered to an FUNERAL and they collected from my credit card.

Update: got our refund after contacting BBB! What's scary is - this company will just start a new company with a new name & concept after they get shut down.....

SCAM ALERT: I placed an order on July 19 & they immediately contacted me saying my order had been canceled. They still took my $73 & have not refunded me. I have called twice & they say "give it a few days". I know I will not get my money....

SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not use them and if you do, report them to the Better Business Bureau. They immediately take your money and do not deliver a thing, cancel quickly thereafter AND promise a refund that never comes!

Horrible experience!

They canceled the order immediately and did not refund me. I order flowers in May and have been waiting for a refund for two months. I’ve been consistent with emailing them so if you want your refund don’t stop emailing and threaten to report. Just got my refund today thankfully.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! They immediately cancelled the order sent an email saying they are refunding the money but DO NOT REFUND the money!!! What a terrible thing to do to someone who’s needing flowers for a special occasion! When I call customer service they say In broken English refund money 2 days 2 days refund money and they are rude they won’t say anything more besides refund money 2 days and it’s a big fat Lie!!! They emailed me after I sent in this complaint two days ago and stated give us 2 days to refund the money rest assured she said and it’s been another two days and NO REFUND!!!

Just like everyone else !! Ordered flowers and order was cancelled ! Took my money !! I called them back for a refund and they said they would credit my account and never did !

Would give them 0 stars if possible. This is a scam company. 2 minutes after placing my order (and them taking payment) they sent me an email saying that they can not fulfill the order and I would be refunded. Over a month has passed and I have emailed and called them many times, each time they claim the refund is started and it will be in my account within a couple business days. As of now almost 2 months later, still no refund.
