This company is a SCAM. Should be able to give them a -0 rating. They are taking people money and then claiming that they refunded the money but the customer NEVER received the refund. Placed an order 8/8/2024. Order was canceled 8/8/2024... it is 8/28/2024 still no refund.

8/28/24 I posted the below 8/27, then immediately emailed Sarata to ask for refund status, and today I see the refund pending to my credit card. Wonder if they saw this post!

8/15/24 Same story as everyone else's. Ordered flowers over the phone, received confirmation email, order was suddenly cancelled via email 30 mins later, and then another email claiming a refund was issued. The charge already went through and a week later I sent a email asking about the refund. "Margaret Reys" said they are working on it and I have yet to receive a refund. I have reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and am going to call my bank about the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

SCAM company. Does not deliver and does not refund. MANY bad reviews online. Unfortunately, they are true, and I did not see them prior to being scammed.

This is a scam complete. They offer goods and services, cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, then lie about your refund until you hopefully forget about them.

Look them up on BBB. Stay far away.

This company can not delivery flowers and will not refund your money.

Ordered flowers. Received email confirming order processed and same day delivery, but they weren't delivered. I saw these reviews and immediately called the credit card company to replace the credit card for safety. Such a bummer.

This place is a scam, they took my money and I haven't get it back. I emailed them too many times and all they say is that they are working on it..

Ordered flowers and they canceled the order without alerting me. It's been almost 2 months and I have not received my reimbursement yet. I've called every Friday to be told it was in the system. AVOID AT ALL COST.

SCAM!!! Take your money and cancel your order. Then pretend to refund it but NEVER do. I’ve been waiting over a month. DO NOT order from here.

This company is a scam!!! Look at the BBB. I ordered flowers online to be delivered. It took $100 out of my account immediately the next day they said that they canceled my order because they couldn’t fulfill it and then I would be refunded. Doing research and it shows that hundreds of people have been scammed by them and never given a refund

I see from the reviews that I am reading that this company is scamming many people. I am sorry that I fell into this scam as well. I was trying to buy flowers for a dear friend whose spouse died. I have contacted the company and heard back from someone called Margaret, a customer service manager, that this problem would be remedied but this never happened. I will be sending a report to the Better Business Bureau and contacting my bank for any other actions. Stay away from this company!

After reading all the complaints this place should be shut down.
I ordered 3 dozen roses for my 33rd anniversary the other day to wake up to an email that it’s been canceled.
I’m out of state and it’s too late to do anything about it. I’m furious.
I would never recommend this place to anyone! And I will do whatever I can on social feeds to make sure no one else does.

Never delivered. Use someone else if you want actual flowers delivered.

I will remove this review once I receive my refund for flowers that I ordered and the order got cancelled. 😡 They've yet to refund me and it's been 5 days. They were quick to take my money but are being slow in the return of it. Grrrrr...

(**Update**: After submitting a report to the Better Business Bureau my money was refunded very quickly.) The 5 star reviews are obviously from people who are a part of this scam. My story is the exact same as everyone else's. I ordered flowers and they were cancelled the same day claiming that I would receive a refund "immediately". The charge went through the following day and it has been two weeks, multiple back-and-forth emails with someone named "Margaret Reys" (who I am pretty sure doesn't exist), and I have yet to receive a refund. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and am contesting the charge with my bank. Hopefully that prompts them to actually refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a scam.

Just like everyone else, I ordered flowers for my aunt, and they deposited my money then had to cancel the order for lack of florists in area. Sarata claimed I was immediately refunded. WRONG. After three emails, nothing happened. After two phone calls, nothing. Only when I filed a complaint with BBB I got my refund. Terrible company. By the way, their address is a bank in New York (fake).

Unfortunately I didn't look at reviews before ordering. Cancelled by sarata on day of delivery with promise of refund which has yet to arrive after 11 days. Do not order from this company!!

Do not order from this place. I ordered an orchid plant for a funeral and was told yes, they can get it out and for a great price. Well, within an hour I received an email cancelling the order. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email and nothing was ever sent. If they were going to cancel an order they should have called.

DO NOT order from these people, they are scam artists! I ordered flowers for my mothers wake/funeral they emailed me 30 MINUTES, before it started they cancelled my order bc “they couldn’t find a florist to fill my order”! I placed my order 6 days in advance! So my mother had no flowers from her children, grandchildren or great grandchildren! When I called phone was constantly busy, I emailed for weeks, was told Meyers refund was being processed but it takes time! I finally had enough & contacted the BBB & filed a complaint & within a week, I got my refund in full! Stay as far away from this company as you can! Nothing but scammers!!!
