I HAD to give them a star so I can write a review. These folks are scammers. They don't care. I've called them and it's probably the same ppl who run that social security scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE $. It's ashame! My cousin passed and I trusted these scammers to deliver to funeral home. They canceled and have NOT received a refund. They will write you saying you got a refund, but you haven't. Stay away.

I PLACE ORDER ON 8/3/24 FOR FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED ON 8/4/24, ON 8/4/24 i RECEIVED AN EMAIL INDICATING THE ORDER WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND A REFUND HAD BEEN PROCESSED. AS OF 9/10/2024 REFUND HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED AND I HAD TO CONTACT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.

Do NOT order from them! They stole my money and refuse to provide me my refund! They are incompetent and don’t know how to do anything. Their communication is trash and won’t give me details as to why 2-3 business days is going on a month! Scam scam scam!!!!!

I orderd flowers on 9/7 to be delivered on 9/7 to a sick friend. It is 9/9 and flowers were never delivered. I emailed them twice with no response. I called them today 9/9 and spoke to a man with a foreign accent. He said they refunded me after I placed the order as there wasn't a delivery person in my area. He said I should have gotten a refund email and to check my spam email. I asked him to remain on the phone while I checked my email and he said no he has other customers waiting. The more questions I asked the meaner he was to the point he was yelling at me. I contacted my bank and since the charge went through they couldn't do anything to stop it however they said that I could dispute the charge to have it looked into and possibly get my money back. Hopefully my bank can do something. I normally use 1 800 flowers... I should have done that. Lesson learned. :(

I bought flowers for my girlfriend for which they charged me the money and then they cancelled the order because they had no distributors available in the area.. I am not the first person to be scammed but I will go file a complaint at the police station so they can find the person responsible. The manager sends you an email saying that he is working on your refund and then they do nothing, they just want to gain time so that you forget about the money.

August 16, 2024, my boyfriend birthday I ordered flower at Sarataflorist. Com, they took my money without delivery, they sent refund receipt but still took my money. They are definitely scammer, why the government who do not legally cancelled this illegal business. Everyone who can do something to stop this fraud gone ….

These guys are thieves and scammers! They accepted payment from my Credit Card 8/26/24. An hour later they canceled my Order. I was waiting for the refund from last Monday. They were "working very hard" trying to issue my refund. Probably scamming other customers.... I just called my Credit Card and issued stop-Payment to them. No fees, no penalties. Number is on back of the your CC! Don't leave these "gentlemen" a chance to scam us!

Scam! Do not order from them. They guaranteed delivery the same day which never happened! They said they had to cancel the order due to no florists in the area. I have filed a claim with my bank, and will be following up with the BBB.

I called and got confirmation that they could deliver on Labor Day. Come Labor Day morning I received an email stating they had cancelled my order.

I tried to make an online order for flowers on Serata Florist on August 8th. The day after they confirmed the purchase and took the money from my bank account they sent me a cancelation email telling me the refund would occur in 5 to 7 business days. That was a month ago. I sent repeated emails to the CS and Margaret kept saying they were working on it. After checking on the internet I realised this website was fraudulent and a scam. Still waiting. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This website is just scam I ordered flowers 8/18/24 I got charged the same time, few hours later I got email they cancelled my order and said I am going to see refund next few days today is 12 days passed but no refund,, I find out they do the same thing to other and it is scam I call my bank dispute the transaction!!!!

This company is a scam! Please do not order from them. I had placed an order on 7/30/24 and immediately received an email stating my order had been processed. A few minutes later, I received an email stating my order could not be filled and I would receive a refund. I received an additional email shortly after letting me know I would receive the refund in 2-5 business days. After waiting a week, I called the company multiple times letting them know I never received the refund. I spoke with the same woman in customer service each time. Her response was always the same. She stated, "Give it a few more days. It shows that we have processed your refund". I made a complaint with the BBB, and they contacted the company. They finally actually processed my refund on 8/27/24 after being reached out by the BBB. After reading multiple reviews, I realize they do this to everyone in attempt to get your money.

I ordered flowers from this company on 08/10/24 and received an email almost immediately saying that the order was cancelled and my money refunded. They never refunded the money. It has been 20 days with continual follow-ups. I keep getting responses from a Margaret Reys saying they are working on it. It is clearly a scam — wish I would have researched them prior. Really angry and hope that I can help in getting this site shutdown so others do not fall victim. I am reporting them to my bank, BBB, FTC, and any other government agency that will help. It is crazy that they are up and continuing to scam people!

Placed my order August 1st n right immediately they cancelled saying they couldn’t deliver in my area.. n I know I have worked with florists n they use local florists to fulfill the order. Looks like this company takes an order n everyone’s credit card info, n cancels the order immediately n keeps the money but claim to have refunded the money back. It’s been a month and still no refund or money back of 75$ . The only truth is, I work for a private investigation and background check contracting company within the US government, and for sure they messed with the wrong client because I will find the culprits behind all these complaints and scamming documented on them with BBB and fully push for prosecution of them. PLEASE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! They are scammers hiding behind a florist company !

For those that have been scammed and not refunded. Call them repeatedly all day long. Demand your money back. When they hang up, keep calling. Tie up the phone lines so they can’t continue to scam people (800) 723-7788 is their number.
I don’t think Margaret Reys is a real person but someone they transfer too who makes promises while the company continues to scam more people. Just read all the reviews here.

This florist is a scam. Do not order here ! I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and they charge me . And they were never delivered. And they didn’t refund my money.this was in July 29 2024, and I had called several times and they say you will have your money back . And today is August 29 2024 and I never got my refund back .
Be very careful with this people . The take your money and they don’t deliverd anything.

Total scam.! I thought I was ordering from a local florist and ended up ordering from Sarata. They could not fulfill the order for my Mother in Law's funeral. I received the cancellation email from a 'Margaret Reyes' (no contact info or phone number) that said I would receive a refund. They next email said the $ was refunded but the funds NEVER hit the bank. I have called the 1-800-723-7788 repeatedly with no resolution.

Charged my card and never received product or refund.
