BIG TIME SCAM!!! CROOKS!!!
Do not order from them! They will charge your card. Then shortly after they send an email they cannot fulfill your order and have issued a refund ! That's BS I spent $155 to send a beautiful arrangement to my aunt for her 90th birthday early the next morning I get an email they had to cancel my order and have issued a refund that was September 12 five days later the charge shows up on my credit card I have called them several times there must be 1000 people working there because you never get the same person twice. Today was the fourth time I have called regarding my refund all they say is they will issue it again give it three days. They will not tell you who the owner is ias it's against their policy??? What! I am absolutely furious. They need to be shut down and I will do whatever it takes to get my refund of $155 back . If you have been scammed, don't give up don't let them get away with it. My next call will be From a corporate attorney, who happens to be my husband and has connections. The Better Business Bureau will be notified as well every single, consumer reporting agency..
* if my refund shows up within the next four business days, I will report that on trust pilot .

**Update- it took almost a month, after countless phone calls and emails, they "finally" credited my account. It's a big hassle' I'm sure they count on many people just giving up, but don't. Call them every day. If you have to, be a pest...don't let them get away with it!

Immediately after placing my order I received an email saying the order was cancelled and that a refund would be issued. I’ve called their customer service multiple times and each time I was told that a refund has been issued, to give it a few more days. Still waiting for my refund. The flowers was for a special occasion and was needed that day. I called directly to a local florist in the city I was sending them too who apologized and did the order. Needless to say I had to pay a second time for the flowers. I will never use Sarata florist again and I would advise everyone to just use a local florist and call them directly.

placed an order for my friend's bday and within seconds after taking my money. They quickly sent me an email cancelling my order. It took several several emails back and forth, including apologies and assurances that the refund had been issued Since Sept 9th and til this day no refund has hit my bank. Margaret and Mike are full of lies! This company sucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, unless you want your money stolen!!!!

Don’t trust them, very deceitful people and company they cancelled your order and do not refund your money back 😡😡i was calling them every week for refund and they blocked my phone

SCAM... wish I researched ahead of time. They took my money and then canceled the order. No refund. Reported to everyone possible.

Just like many others have stated, paid for flowers then received email telling that they couldn't fulfill my order, said they refunded my money. Order date 9/11/2024 as of today 9/22/2024 still no refund. This place is a joke !!!!

Terrible service they make the order they charge you the money and then they cancel it for no reason and then they don't give you the money back they are scammers

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Buyer beware! Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday day and within an hour, I got am email stating that my order was canceled because they could not deliver on the requested day. Email stated 10 days ago that I was refunded, but after looking at my credit card statement, no refund has been issued! After reading more of these reviews, I see that many others have had the same experience. This place is a scam! I chose them because prices were reasonable, but now I know they're just baiting people. Do not order from them unless you want the hassle of trying to get your money back. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge rather than dealing with these scammers.

they cancelled my delivery, then twice told me via email, they refunded my account. Which they hadn't Could not get thru to them #30 in line. I left my number for a call back, never happened.

This is a total SCAM! They take your order - give you an order confirmation number but never deliver the arrangement. They claim they are processing your credit but never do! When you call back they tell you that you need to give it a few more days - they processed it on their end. They even give you a confirmation number for your credit. Obviously, they have done this to many people - the fact that they are still getting away with this is disgusting. They need to somehow be shut down / blocked from being able to continue to take people's money!

I purchased an arrangement got confirmation then went to work, Very surprised not to hear from the recipient during the day, When I got home I discovered an email in my junk mail that my order had been cancelled for no apparent reason. No phone call no explanation, nothing, It took me hours to compose that order .Never do business with a company you can't simply rely on.

Scam: where the hell is my refund

There should be a zero rating option.
I had an order cancelled on 7/19/24 and am still waiting for my money to be refunded two months later. I’ve contacted the company twice and they have yet to refund my $57.24. I have appealed to the BBB.
In today’s hard economical times, this is especially unacceptable!

Do not use this company. They will take your money then cancel your order and will NEVER issue your refund… Beware.

Buyer Beware!!! I placed an order. My card was charged and then the order was cancelled with no time for me to find another option. They never refunded my money! I had to file a dispute with my credit card company!

This is a first for me....I know without a doubt that they do not deserve even one star! I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter and her husband for their anniversary. Sarata are FTD, but they never fulfilled the order. My credit card company reimbursed me for the loss, but I filed a complaint with the BBB and GOOGLE.
Never again!!! An update: on September 26th, I received a notice from my credit card company that they received a reimbursement for my order. So a plus for Sarata’s honesty but still a disappointment for timeliness.

The company took money and did not deliver flowers.

They STEAL your money!
You place an order, they thank you for it.
Then they CANCEL the order, shortly after.
I guess after they see the charge went through.
Now I have to order from another florist.......
It will be one month on the 21st alot of emails
but I am out $66.37. They say "they are still working
on it!" WE all know now that this is PURE BULL!!!!!
