Never delivers but they informed me about it and issued refund but never reached my account called 3 Times and same story it will take 3 business day to show on my account
Finally got to talk to the manager and showing that refund was issued but i would run away from this place thousands unhappy customers with the same issue STAY AWAY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE A SCAM...I AM STLL TYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM FROM OVER A MONTH AGO...THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU..THEY ARE AN "ONLINE" COMPANY OUT OF "NY"...THEY PLACE THE ORDER AND THEN CANCEL THE ORDER AND KEEP THE MONEY! IM STLL FIGHTING WTH THEM THROUGH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!

Placed ordered and Sarata florist cancelled, said order had been refunded. Almost 2 weeks later refund had not been issued. Vendor is hoping you forget or don't check your credit card statements and keep the money!!

Terrible company. Accepted my order of one their self-identified "most popular" items, they charged my CC, then waited a whiel before cancelling my order, leavng me in a bind. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Update: I received my refund. I still would not use them again. It took weeks, endless emails to get my money refunded.

Do not order from this place. It’s a scam. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. They will take your money and then cancel, giving you a lame excuse why they had to cancel the order and letting you to believe that a refund was coming. It’s been 4 weeks, endless emails and I haven’t seen a dime.
This is a SCAM!! Do not use this website!!

This company is a complete scam! DO NOT ORDER DROM THEM!!!
I placed an order on 5/31/2024 for a friend's funeral. They charged me and then canceled the order. They assured a refund is coming. It's 10/03/2024 and there is no refund. I've reached out several times and the same woman responds that my refund is coming. I asked for a phone number to call and no one answers the number.

Scam ordered flowers for my friends birthday and they canceled order and didn't refund my money. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM SHOULD BE A ZERO RATING

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. They stated they were sending a refund but I still haven't gotten it. I have had correspondence that they are looking into. I will be adding my complaint to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I would give this company a zero if it was an option. They never told me that the flowers couldn’t be delivered until I called them. Still waiting on refund. Terrible-don’t waste your time here.

I ordered flowers for a family funeral. I was promised it wasn’t too late and they would be delivered.
I drove 2 hours to the funeral and no flowers from me. I got an email hours later telling me it was cancelled due to no local florist available. WHAT? This is MIAMI and there are a plenty of local florists. This is a sham! I think they are just middle marketing taking and distributing orders. It’s terrible.

I’d give zero stars if I could. This has been a nightmare. I placed an order to a major metropolitan area. No delivery. No email stating no delivery. When I found out the flowers had not been sent, I called for a refund. I’ve now called FOUR times. Much like my flower delivery, no refund. The last time I called, the customer service representative yelled at me. I’m considering a law suit.

The company sent me an email to advise they had to cancel my order and would send me refund. I have sent follow up emails and only response I get is an apology and refund on the way. Its approaching two months and still no refund. Wish I read the reviews. I'm out nearly $100.

I wish I could rate a zero. I had the same experience. Once you order they cancel and never refund you your money. Apologizes several times saying the same thing and never refund your money. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I called the BBB and talking to a lawyer to see what can be done. False advertising and scamming people for they hard earned money, they will not prosper.

Same story as all the rest. I contacted the better business bureau, and will be filing a fraud dispute with my bank
I may even go up there to where their office" is. Don't know what I'll do then, take the police with me.I ordered flowers two weeks ago, was immediately sent an email they could not fulfill my order and said my money would be refunded. I was told several times it was processed, never was, I'm still waiting. I saw how many hundreds of people have had the same experience. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, apparently they have two other shops doing the same thing. TikTok creator also had content that said never to order from them, its a scam. In hindsight, in just one day, in order for this to be legitimate, they would have to contact ALL the flower shops in a town, and fond out who has what available. Impossible to do in such a short time. Also, flower shops will make substitutions if need be. Get my point? I am definitely filing a fraud with my bank, and maybe more
