I paid for an order and within an hour I was emailed that the order could not be fulfilled. The email stated I was refunded. Two weeks later and I have still not been refunded. I have written them and was told they are working on it. Scam

Same story as everyone had, unfortunately I didn't read reviews before placing order. Ordered for daughters 18th birthday, my order was cancelled immediately and every email I send just says they're working on it. I filed a dispute with my bank and recommend anyone dealing with this scammed do the same because they will just keep telling you they are working on it. If they did indeed intend to refund me, they'll have no problem with my banks dispute, which, thankfully Bank of America is good about protecting my money and has already credited to my account while dispute is in review.

Update: immediately after filing a fraud claim with my bank, I was given a refund. I'd suggest to anyone dealing with this company to go thru your bank

I ordered flowers for my brother’s wake.
I paid with a credit card and received
A confirmation email.
When I went to the service much to my dismay the flowers weren’t there. Little did I know Sarata had cancelled order. When I looked them up on internet I read numerous accounts of this scenario. They say a ‘refund’ is issued but they don’t refund your money. It is fraud. And I don’t know how they are able to continue to operate. Why doesn’t google and the federal government crack down?

Ordered flowers for a funeral today. Spoke on the phone and confirmed order. Later got an email they can’t deliver the flowers. Now my family will not get flowers from us for the funeral. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! This was charged to my card without ever being processed for delivery!!!!!

I ordered flowers for a funeral and then I decided to cancel the order. I received the invoice that said they canceled the order and would get a refund. A few seconds after I canceled my order. They sent me an email telling me they have to cancel my order. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. This is a total SCAM.

I encourage people not to buy from them, there not honest also I still haven't received my refund they keep saying 7 business days it's been almost a month everytime I emailed them there saying sorry for the delay your money will be refunded in 3 business days. Please don't order anything from them. I really believe there a scam.

BEWARE! Last minute said they could not deliver in that area. Was supposed to get refund, waited the 5days, called said I would get it in another 5 days. Didn't get, called said I had been refunded NO REFUND given, told them bank had not received it and they needed to send again, said it could take up to 7days. So a month has gone by and NO refund, so guess I'm out $45.00 because they sure ain't gonna give it back. Never Again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, don't order from them. They will cancel the order on you and still charge your card.

Please don’t waste your time and order from this company. They’re gonna just cancel on you with no explanation. Why?

They took my order and my money. Then canceled and they will not refund my money. I reported it to the bbb.

I would give negative 1 if I could. This company is the worst stay away. They'll take you order, take your money. And within 5 minutes of getting the money, they send you an email saying they cannot complete the order. And they never refund you the money stay away awful company scam!!!!!!

I believe Sarata Florist is a scam. Ordered,got an email saying they couldn't do it and we're sending a refund. Still don't have my money.
Unfortunately I read the reviews after instead of before because this seems to be a trend with them.

On October 2, 2024, I placed an order for same-day delivery to surprise my close friend for her birthday. 30 minutes after placing the order, I decided to track the order to ensure that the order was en route. I received an email from Margaret Reyes from their customer service department stating that the order was cancelled and that I will be receiving an email. The next day on October 3rd, the charge was posted to my account. I emailed Sarata Flowers on October 7, 2024, and I received a replay stating that I will receive a refund from Ms. Reyes. I emailed again on October 16, 2024, and I have been met with the same message from Margaret Reyes that the refund is STILL being processed. It is now October 18th, and I have yet to receive my refund from Sarata Flowers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!!!

Same with everyone else. I placed an order and it was then cancelled and they said they issued a refund. It's been 6 days and I have yet to get my money back. DO NOT place any orders with this SCAM business. They are thieves and will take your money and you will never see your money again nor what you ordered!!!! I hope they find these people that are stealing innocent peoples hard earned money. I hope they get caught!!!

I ordered flowers from Sarata Florist for a funeral to be delivered to my sister in law home, the money was taken out of my account then the order was canceled. They have not returned my money, I called them and they said it will be returned but still nothing. The reviews are horrible I should have researched before choosing that company but when you are in mourning you don’t think right. Don’t use this company EVER.

Worst company i have ever went through....my order was canceled and still 2 months later my money has not been returned and keep being told 3 to 5 business days. Highly recommend to never use this company.

Same story as everyone else. Placed an order, order was immediately canceled but I was still charged. I have been emailing with them and they guarantee a refund. Has never come. My card information also started being fraudulently used online following my purchase. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION OR ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM. They are a shell company and will never deliver. There are over 1600 bad reviews for them on the BBB.
