Horrible scammers
On thanksgiving day and for an order of sympathy flowers. Just horrible. Card canceled and fraud claim submitted.

Absolutely Fraudulent Front for a Florist!
After a reasonable discussion with a representative I was ASSURED the floral birthday bouquet I wanted would be lovely and definitely delivered the following day to my sister in Ventura. I received an email confirmation followed 10 minutes later with an update stating “unfortunately we are unable to deliver the flowers but the Good News is it certainly would not be a problem for me to find another Florist in enough time” . Your Card will be credited. My card has been charged but there were No Flowers and there has been NO CREDIT!!

same modus operandi 11-25-24 as everybody else. Went to Indio CA and their address was different business Rose's Flowers or something. As soon as you give your card info they email Sorry go someplace else Suckah! Totally Criminal. Yes I exaggerated but you get the message. Hope you read this before and It saves some kind person from feeling depressed about what this world is coming to and allowing.

Ordered flowers. Charged for the flowers. Flowers never delivered. But I didn’t even get a cancel email. Just charged me and ran. lol. I can’t believe we have to worry about flower scammers now.

Sarata Florist is a total scam. Shortly after you make a purchase they cancel and send an email stating you'll be fully refunded. LIE, LIE, LIE!!! It has been a month of me getting the run around and still no refund. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

SARATA FLOWERS IS A SCAM

My mother died and I ordered flowers for the hospice team that helped my family. I didn’t bother reading reviews as I was dealing with grief. I keep being told my refund is being addressed. I have now read that I’m not the only person this company is ripping off.

I received an email from Sarata Florist saying they could not fill my order on the same day that I purchased a funeral arrangement totaling $110.48 which was on 10/12/24. I was also told in same email that I would be fully refunded. NOT! I have been back and forth with Margaret Reys, the Customer Service Manager since then. This is the reply as of yesterday 11/20/24.

We apologize for the delay in refunding your money.

I will personally resolve the issue you experienced as soon as possible.

Beware, Sarata Flowers is a scam. They'll take your order, then cancel as unable to deliver and good luck getting your money back.

I placed an order for flowers on August 6, 2024 at 2:53pm and at 3:25pm they canceled my order because they couldn't find a local florist to fulfill it. It only took 30 minutes to cancel the order. Since August 6, 2024, I've exchanged numerous emails and still have not received a refund. They provide a number to call but when you do, the person on the other end is rude and try to rush you off the phone. They give you the same message as the emails. A refund will be issued in a few days. The problem is, they do not issue refunds. This business is a total scam!

Do not use Sarata Florist!!!! They are the worst scammers!!!!! They’ll take your money and run!!!!! Their company should be closed down for being fraudulent.

SCAM COMPANY. You will give your cc to a scam entity and spend the next several weeks working with your cc company to get your money back. All because this SCAM COMPANY takes your money, cancels your order but never refunds it. MASSIVE FRAUD. Consider yourself warned.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company takes people's money. I placed an order in September and shortly after it said canceled. I have called multiple times only to hear the same thing everyone else has your refund is being processed within 5 business days. It's been months. I'm filing charges against this company. I don't know how they keep getring away with this.

Sarata Florist cancelled my order but never refunded my credit card. I have contacted them 5 times and each time, Margaret Reys (Customer Service Manager), promised to issue the refund but 2 months later, I'm still waiting for it!

I just received a refund for 108.29 from SARATA FLORIST today. Well thank you for reminding me.

I made a purchase, next day I called to verify the status of the delivery. They said they don't cover the recipient address.
The recipient address was shown on the select adress option on the website and I'm not sure why they don't deliver there?!.
I'm not sure if I didn't call if they will let me know ASAP.
I'm Waiting for the refund

My order was cancelled due to location which was offered for the area. Being a military service member i trusted this company to provide a loved one with a surprise birthday gift. I Was told after i called to follow up a day later that my order was canceled with no notice to me, and would receive a full refund. Its been three weeks and have yet to have my refund issued. Tried looking for the phone number online and nothing is coming up.

Just like everyone else. I ordered flowers in September and within a few hours received email notification that my order had been cancelled but they did still take my 76.26!! Now it is November and I have sent numerous email reminders to reimburse my money but have seen nothing.
