Great customer service! Mika handled my request and was very kind and helpful. I only wanted to return the machine for a refund, but SodaStream generously refunded me and let me keep it. I really appreciated how easy and pleasant the whole experience was.

I was having trouble with product registration for my new soda stream. I tried for two days on my mac desktop and ipad without success. I repeatedly received a pop up that said “oops, something went wrong. Try again later”. At the end of day two i decided to try a live chat with soda stream to see if they could resolve my issue. They offered to register my product for me, and i sent them a photo of the message i was receiving. In the interim i tried to do the product registration on my iphone and it went thru without difficulty. I have received my confirmation email. So, good outcome.

I bought a product that wasnt available on there website as of yet. I needed to know hoe to register it and got quick response and was able to register it in a few days. Service was above and beyond

The subscription process is very new to me. Any help I needed and questions that I had were dealt with very quickly. I would recommend this service whole heartedly. Excellent!

I usually do not write reviews but in this case I have to as the service provided was absolutely fantastic. Problem solved within 1 email and shipment on its way again. Had nothing to do with the product just the receiving end warehouse that is a bit known for issues as we are rural. Love my Sodastream btw as I can customize my “ bubbles” lol to just the right amount. So if you are thinking of getting one, please do so as the products snd the customer service are outstanding!!!

I just ran into a new purchase empty CO2 cylinder but was later thankfully replaced.Awesome job sodastream 🥰🥰🥰

The speed of which Sodastream replied to my request and delivery of the product was very fast and very rare for any company nowadays.

I am purchasing Sodastream products for quite some time. It was never been a situation that I had to replace my current machine because it would break. Always I wanted to upgrade my machine for something new. If I needed help, Sodastream was always ready to help me in a timely manner. That’s why I gave 5 star rating, because I have never been left alone with any of my problems. Thank you, Sodastream!

I was just charged for unreturned cylinders that I sent back to soda stream weeks to more than a month ago. The reason I assume is because they use Purolator and Purolator routinely loses packages. I will never shop with Soda Stream again. Don't make the mistake of buying their products unless you plan on doing cylinder exchanges in a store because they use the worst "courier" in Canada. Any business that uses Purolator hates their customers.

I had an issue after installing a new screw on cylinder. It leaked from the plunger out its sides. No repairable, but the young lady, Aina, helped me thri the issue and getting me a new machine with quick connects.
As well she had me return the screw on cylinder to CTC store, and took a photo of it there, and she has had a new cylinder sent n/c.
Excellent customer service, as it's the first time I've dealt directly with SodaStream.

I just had the best virtual support I have ever had (and I am old). They were very sweet, very knowledgeable, went the extra mile to get me the information I needed, and to set up a resolution. Many companies could learn from their support!

The response from customer service was very quick and resolved our concern. The cylinder exchange program works really well and when you need some extra time Sodastream is understanding.
