Excellent customer service.

I love SodaStream products, and the convenience of the subscription service is amazing for me.

I made the mistake of sending my CO2 cylinders back one day after the deadline, which caused an issue with the charge. I contacted customer support, and they were very helpful and polite. They resolved everything quickly and refunded the full amount.

I actually received a phone call re my order and was given a discount to make my order better.
My new order arrive today but I do not like the new bottles and I hope they go back to the old ones.

Great customer service! one of the zero sugar flavours I really like disappeared from their website and local stores. I initiated a chat and was told someone would contact me. Within a day I was contacted with good news that the flavour I was looking for was just out of stock and not discontinued. They offered me a coupon and promised to let me know when it would be back in stock. Very pleased, love their products!

I made the purchase online as a gift to my friend because my friend has always wanted one. However, by the time I received it and planned to present it to my friend. I realized that she had already got one. I asked sodastream if I can refund my order since it's still in the original box. The agent is so kind to offer me to keep it and enjoy it myself as a kind gesture. Deeply appreciated.

I was not happy when they billed my account $50.40 in May, but I emailed them and they explained that I hadn't sent in my empty co2 canister. When I explained that all of my belongings are in storage while I renovate my new condo, they said they would reimburse the money when I unpacked and found the canister and sent it in....how cool is that? Great Customer service!!!!

I decided I would gift my son a SodaStream for his birthday so he could enjoy the fizz like I do. I knew in advance that SodaStream is Canadian. So, I thought I'm not going to buy through Amazon. I'm going to go to their website & buy from them directly.

The customer service & speedy delivery was not at all what I was expecting. I was willing to wait, to keep the money in Canada, but WOW.

They are fully bilingual & the kindness I felt was a breath of fresh air.

I had purchased a SodaStream as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, only to find out that one of his friends had already bought him the exact same machine. I contacted SodaStream's customer service to inquire about returning my order, and I was genuinely surprised by their response. Not only did they process a full refund quickly and without any hassle, but they also told me to keep the machine.

It's rare to come across a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction to this extent. The entire process was easy, friendly, and exceeded my expectations. While I was already excited about the product itself, this experience has made me an even bigger supporter of the brand.

We order about 4 Co2 cylinders a month, but we are not on the subscription service. I usually order 4 more cylinders when we are down to our last cylinder which typically takes us around 5-6 days to use up. On a few occasions now, I have sent my cylinder order in through the Sodastream website and I usually get a reply pretty quickly letting me know that my order has been received and that the product is being collected and that it's on the way. I last ordered cylinders on May 24, 2026 and when I go to track the shipment it states that a shipping label has been created, but that the freight carrier is still waiting to receive the package. It is now June 04, 2026, and still no cylinders. I emailed Sodastream about this and they apologized for the delay stating that it was an issue with the freight carrier UPS. As compensation, they offered me 1 free Co2 cylinder which I accepted, but of course that cylinder is now held up too, presumably due to problems with UPS, the freight carrier. I was treated well by the service rep, even though the communication was all via email. I would have preferred to speak to a live person, but I guess this is the best they have to offer in 2026, more a "sign of the times thing" than anything else (and yes, I'm older, age 61). The rep offered a band-aid to my immediate problem, and that's great, but I wonder why the product order only first reaches UPS several days after the shipping label has been created (in this specific case, 11 days and counting). I'm somewhat suspect by nature about many things, and while I want to believe that it's a UPS issue, I have a strange feeling that Sodastream may be partially to blame. I love the service and I'm sticking with it, but I wish that the cylinder delivery times were a bit more consistent time-wise so that I can plan accordingly.

The minute I had a technical issue with my soda stream Art. Sodastream sent me a new into within days. Excellent customer service.

I was very impressed to receive a phone call when there was going to be a delay in my shipment due to an out of stock item...the representative was very polite and friendly and gave me all of the information and options that were needed to complete my order...its very nice to actually have a phone call with a real person than just a generic email or automated phone call..

Great ordering and cylinder return system. Sodestream can change your life....water, lemon bubbles. That's all you need.

It was an excellent experience during my years of living in Canada. After using the machine for more than one year, I experienced a problem and called for help. I truly appreciated their prompt response, professional attitude, and friendly service throughout the whole process. They made me feel valued as a customer.
