Received very good service. My soda stream machine gave up so I bought a new one not realizing it was the pink cylinders and not the blue ones I was using. After advice given, we took the cylinders to Canadian Tire and they just swapped blue for pink. Sodastream was very helpful though, kept in touch with me throughout. Very happy with them.

Good product and environmentally friendly. I had an issue with my shipping address and they resolved it for me in no time.

I have a soda stream sitting on my counter looking brand new. It is an older model. It wasn’t over used and it just stopped working. It pumps carbonation into the water but it doesn’t carbonate. Even when I buy a brand new CO2 container. It’s a faulty/poor product. I contacted soda stream and they offered me 50% off a new one which is still $70. It doesn’t feel right that I have to pay for another one, when my overall experience of the product has been poor, and I paid full price for the original faulty one.

I love the fact that I can order my soda stream and have it delivered right to the house. They provide the return label. Recently I was charged for non returned canisters. I contacted customer support and they made it right by refunding me as I did return them in the proper time frame. Thanks Soda Stream!

I've seen reviews about how a streamer did not situate itself well in their lives, because in their region of sweden or germany, they could not find that canister for sale, which they ordered with the machine from this company; so they left a single star review! I am shocked! I, personally, had such a pleasant experience; I emailed them for help on an order which I took the time to ask them about; and I even saved twenty dollars or so; all in two day's time, from the first misorder to shipping via a proper curior in less than two days! I would bet on it that if these people simply inquired, they would have been also pleasantly treated.

There was a problem with the SodaStream that I ordered. Excellent customer service and willingness to address the problem, but also provide me with the perfect solution to compliment my need. Really happy with the SodaStream Terra with the Fizz&Go bottles. Happy with everything 😊

I had a leaking container on my shipment, let Sodastream know about it and it was handled in a very courteous and professional manner! Will keep doing business with them ! Customer service is excellent!

I had an issue with the tanks I received and SodaStream was very quick to respond and address the issue at no cost to me. I would very much recommend their service and very much appreciate their customer service.

We were skeptic all at first but we are pleased we gave this service a try. Product arrived quickly for ground service. One syrup bottle leaked and was replaced no charge with no hassle.

The after sale service was wonderful and easy and fast. I really recommand this company.

Step by step help. Came up answers every time we hit a roadblock.

I have found the customer service team to be very professional. I feel very comfortable in dealing with them. They take their time to listen to my issues and resolve them with expert advice.

My 2-3 year old soda stream stopped working suddenly. I googled troubleshooting and tried to figure out the problem myself. Finally gave up and called customer service. I’m expecting they are going to tell me nothing to be done and to pitch the unit.
Well, to my surprise I spoke to a “human” who walked me through some attempted fixes and then determined I needed a new power cord which is being mailed to me. Very patient and polite individual, imagine my surprise. 😁

Initial Review:
I purchased the generic orange SodaStream classic drink mix from Canadian Tire and found the quality to be quite poor. The taste does not resemble Orange Crush or any other recognizable brand. Unfortunately, I will be discarding it. This was very disappointing.

After speaking with a customer service representative, Loina, I appreciate the care she took in addressing my concerns. She was thorough and genuinely focused on resolving the issue. Thanks to her efforts, I now feel the matter has been satisfactorily resolved.

Contacted about a bad tasting syrup purchased from store. Sent an email with info, contacted promptly and issue resolved. Replaced item and 15% off already on sale items with free shipping. All handled in a week.
