This company operates in an extremely unprofessional manner and is a complete waste of time. They advertise properties on their website that they do not own and fail to provide adequate customer service, instead leaving customers at the mercy of unreliable, arrogant landlords.
I attempted to schedule a property viewing, but they did not answer calls and communicated exclusively through messages, behaving as if they were handling highly sensitive matters. They also canceled the viewing at the last minute without providing any reason.
If you choose to deal with them, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

Really effective administration, and eases compliance with ever more demanding rules and regulations. Very cost effective, particularly if you are ready [and able] to do some of the leg work yourself.

Been with them for two months as a landlord and so far very pleased with the service - excellent communication (from Donna, Sarah, Magda and others) and reasonable and clear pricing. They found a tenant for me fairly quickly, arranged viewings, sent over a check-in report etc and since the tenant moved in have arranged and completed a repair too. It’s relatively early days but great service so far.

The Online Letting Agents continue to provide 5 Star service at great rates. I started using them to let out a flat in 2014 and although they must have grown in that time they still make you feel that you are their most important client - they answer queries almost immediately and they make the process of advertising, collating prospective tenants, issuing and signing or contracts and collecting deposits so very easy. I feel absolutely confident in their processes and procedures. They provide current, legal information that makes a novice landlord feel in control of the process.
