I went with tulo for my energy supply, when I left I spoke to a lady called Gemma, who was a breath of fresh air and a compliment to the company, made it such an easy process when I was leaving, never had any issues with the company and my experiences with them have always been possitive

Every time I ask for an adjustment to my direct debit or repayment of credit they respond within hours and all done within a few hours. Fast friendly and reliable. by far the best company I have ever dealt with in all my 78 years!

Customer service can not be faulted
Customer service can not be faulted. I used Tulo for gas and electric bills for my student house this year on a 12 month contract and they have been amazing. Can’t recommend them enough and will be using them in future for my next house

It has been good on the cap
It has been good on the cap. Nut going onto a fix now and if they have a cheaper deal you can only transfer to it if it another? But they don't have many fixes.
I have economy 7 and wanted to pay a single rate as I don't use much electricity at night, but they wouldn't let me. So many restrictions been a small company
