Great customer service response time. Pleasantly surprised to find out they respond very quickly so I could make my purchasing decision that afternoon. 10/10. Delivery was quick, too, item as described.

It was great! So many options to choose from and pricing was competitive.

I bought 2 e mtb its hard for me to figure out a star rating I settled on 3 because they were able to make it rite in the end one bike was delivered in great condition but was almost new. The one I ordered for me had 1200 miles on it and when it showed up it had several things wrong with it and was dirty it slipped through the cracks I guess on inspection. There was also something where I should have received a couple hundred dollars for buying and referring but never got that, the gentlmen that I talked to about that said it was supposed to be through who they use for there payment and there is nothing they could do. I was going to use that money for lights through them and told him there is something that can be done you just jave to be willing to do it especially since I spent 6000 on bikes. The silver lining to all of this is they were able to to pay for the repairs needed. It still cost me two days driving 1.5 hours away in a deisel pickup to get it in the shape that it should have been in on arrival. I

I had a lot of questions while setting up my bike and customer care was fast to answer. Turns out I needed to take the bike to a mechanic and Up way reimbursed me quickly. Thank you for amazing customer service! I highly recommend this company.

This is my second purchase of an ebike from Upway. My first experience was excellent, but I also went to the Brooklyn showroom to test ride and meet with a sales representative. This time I didn't go and meet with a sales representative. The bike I purchased was exactly as it had been presented on the website so no surprises there. I have had my bike for roughly a month and I love it. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I had specific questions about the bike that I asked on a video call. I feel like there were pieces of information about the bike that they should have been able to provide for me. It may have influenced which version of the bike I purchased. Otherwise great experience and I would purchase from Upway again.

Buyer beware. 1) The discounted price was attractive. 2) $270 shipping price was excessive. 3) Nothing on Upway's website mentions that the manufacturer has been out of business for 2 years. There will be no firmware updates, I will not be able to purchase buy new or replacement parts, etc. ; 4) Upway's after-purchase support is abysmal. I know I didn't buy a new bike, but the horn was almost falling off, and one of the rear frame bolts was almost falling out. Upway shipped the headlight by the handlebar grip and chat/email couldn't get a clear answer about how to correctly adjust headlight angle.

Mostly great. The only issue was the difficulty in removing a plastic protector from the front wheel hub. The instructions were also generic and didn't apply to my specific kind of quick release on the front wheel, so I had to do some separate research into that one.

I was skeptical buying on upway without seeing the bike in person. Bike arrived as described and packaged and shipped better than any other Bike ive purchased before.

Delivery on schedule. Bike well packaged and easy to assemble and condition as advertised.

First it was fair and honest second it was fast and easy third the payment came the following day. Thanks it was a great help and very fair.

Easy ordering. Bike was what i expected. Delivery took longer that was on the website. Not all tools were provided. The hex wrench for the handlebars was missing

I ordered the bike on a Sunday night and received it on Tuesday. It was packed securely and except for my limited experience of putting a bike. Despite my limited experience of putting a bike together it was very easy.
I took it for its first pride and it functioned perfectly.
