The site was easy to navigate. I like being able to compare bikes. The purchase process was easy. If i had a negative. It would be shipping. Web site said 5-7 days for shipping. Didn't get my bike until the 10 day. Shipping communication was poor. Tracking showed it was in transit . Until the shipping company called for delivery. Thank you upward for a nice buying experience.

Probably a bit too expensive but it came quickly.

Some of their used bikes are sold at the same or higher price than their brand new equivalent from the manufacturer. That hit me hard after already placing an order. If you don't realize this within one hour of buying one, you've lost $75, if you can cancel the first day. Then the cancelation penalty goes up. Used should always always be a significant discount. The scratched out price next to their actual price never happened. It's bait to make you think you're getting a 50% or so discount off the new price. It seems to be common with bike ads elsewhere too.

Fast painless purchase. Bike was extremely well protected. Very satisfied with the purchase and service from Upway.

Upway very accurately described the bike and posted high resolution pictures such that I knew exactly what I was buying. The box that it arrived in was stout and the bike was perfectly packed and had no damage. Buy with confidence. I’ll do it again without hesitation.

Upway took care of the delivery and return of an e-bike. The return was of no fault from upway. The bike was just too heavy for my mom.

When buying “used” high dollar items online it takes a bit of faith everything is as advertised. Initially I had a bit of trouble with navigating the payment section but figured it out. When the Scott mountain bike arrived I was pleased that the shipping box was intact. The bike was packed well and absolutely no shipping damage. I was surprised on a few unadvertised components, wireless shifting and the quality of the dropper seat post. The documentation and bits and parts were all there EXCEPT the TQ motor documents. If possible and available I would like to receive those.

The pickup was seamless, all very easy.

Bike shipped without tools and packing materials created a huge mess while unboxing the bike. The box showed signs of possible damage during shipment.

The bike was had a lot of mileage but was in great shape. There were no hidden surprises. It came packed perfectly and within a few days. They even warrantied one of the hubs on my other bike. Great company

us29594 I agreed to have it repaired.
The shop had to buy a special tool and then could not unscrew the motor as it is frozen.
As to not damage anything we are sending the bike back for a full refund. I was looking at another bike you have but I have to wait on my refund. Please send the steps for shipping back this damaged bike.

Strong website makes searching, comparisons and visual inspection of used bikes very easy and convenient. One of the best out there. Wide selection of high end bikes at very good prices… also very impressed with selection of many new leftovers. Bike received was true condition to what was rep’d on the website. Very Good delivery experience, easy assembly, would recommend upway to my friends in the market for an e-mtb.
