Freaking love my bikes! It’s the only exercise routine that I’ve got to stick in the last 30 years!

I recently purchase A 2023 NORCO FLUID VLT A1 an EMTB and I was happy of how fast it came in. This was my first purchase and I had no hassle. The bike rides great and hope to use your company again in the future.

I am very happy with the Specialized Turbo Creo SL I purchased from Upway. The bike was in excellent condition and I saved money compared to purchasing new. The bike was exceptionally well packaged, arrived quickly and was easy to assemble.

However, while I was shopping for an e-bike on Upway I found numerous errors in their listings -incorrect ideal rider height, e-bike classification, motor power ratings, and battery wattage to name some rather important ones. So, word to the wise, if you find a bike you think you might like at Upway, do your own research to ensure the listing is accurate.

Upway support was quick to fix the errors when I pointed them out, but it does not appear anyone at Upway is doing a good job verifying the listed information is accurate.

I purchased a bike before I so lm as my old bike to Upway and every aspect of the deals went smoothly.

I purchased two e-bikes, one for my wife, one for me. They arrived the same day. The wife's bike, though used, is in excellent condition and Upway had described it as "in very good condition". The other bicycle however, appeared to have been damaged in shipment and had hidden evidence of having been the subject of attempted theft, with damage at the battery holder, lock, and battery head itself. This bike had also been advertised as being "in very good condition", but I did not think it met that standard. I contacted the help desk who arranged a return of the bicycle, including freight and after its return, my money for that bicycle was promptly refunded. It could not have handled any better, and shortly thereafter, I purchased another bicycle to replace the one that I returned, and received it as advertised, in very good condition, and I am well pleased with how everything got resolved.

Fantastic company very transparent. Took a minute for shipping and FedEx freight timing was a little off but the bike was packaged properly with the 5 minutes to ride literally being 5 or less. The suspension still needed a slight adjustment for my own riding style and weight. But everything else was perfect. Price for a used emtb was perfect and worth every penny.

Delivery service was great, but not inexpensive. Price of the bike was nice.

Customer service was good. I thought that there was a problem with my bike, Upway was supportive to have the issue addressed, but after having a local shop check it out, it turned out to be nothing.

I received my bike on time and it was pretty easy to assemble. I will definitely recommend it (and the bike).

Bike came as described, easy process and shipping was punctual. Not sure how much tune up is done with bike prior to sale. Front brake handle is mushy handle almost hits grip. Also cable on suspension selector seems stretched, hard to adjust lever to the third selection. Overall happy with upset and process, may use them again?

Bike arrived in great shape with good instructions for assembly. Everything else that was promised was received. Thanks!

Bike came quickly which was great, but had broken part that was obvious that was there before shipping. Upway got part ordered and showed up quickly. But should of been recognized in the resale inspection.

I would say, the bike was not test driven, I had an issue. with A clanky noise in the crank. Under a load only.
Customer service directed me towards your help desk. Which, after a week in haft of no response via email.. I called to see if maybe they would step up and fix the problem instead, I was directed to a specialized dealer and was told to have it fixed and send upway the bill. At that point I put the bike on a bike stand pulled. The crank rod pulled the cover plate, found the motor bolts were loose or off Reassembled, and now I can actually ride my ebike without worry of more damage.
