Kaufen auf jedem Fall keine Waffen bei diese Händler wenn euch in Deutschland leben, wegen waffengesetz müss Waffen eine PTB haben sonst ist Waffen illegal, leider hat diese Waffen keine PTB und gelten als scharfe Waffen, bei mir ist sehr ärgerlich passiert zoraki 925 gekauft per Post verschickt keine zoll Kontrolle und genau gestern stammt bei mir auf meine Tür KRIPO, weil diese Händler nach jedem Kauf kommunizieren bei BKA( Bundeskriminalamt) eure Daten!! GANZ VORSICHTIG SEIN!!!

Bought a Steyr Pro x from them in February 12ftlbs. Sent an 18 ftlbs which has been impounded by Uk Customs. Been investigated by the police , had no apology or refund from them
Stay clear of them, better dealers in Portugal
Will have to go to court to get my money back

35 days in transit still got nothing! Customer service shocking and there a bunch of spanners they are! Had a better spanner’s from Poundland! Just spanner’s don’t buy it if from UK

This company has starters again,the company called Correos of which is Spain’s postal service lost my packages from April 2nd 2021 and I made a claim to them because Aceros said I had to go through them to make the claim of which I did,Correos done their investigation and emailed that it’s their fault and would reimburse Aceros the full amount.this email I kept alongside all emails from Aceros from the start of the year.I keep all emails because I read about them from trust pilot before making the purchase from them.after Correos told me they were reimbursing Aceros,I then forwarded it to Aceros of which can you believe it they responded by offering me the money back but I said I wanted the item.they claimed to have sent it and it’s lost.now they are doing it again saying to claim off PARCELFORCE uk,I got in touch with them and they referred me back to Aceros of which I forwarded the emails back.they have now totally ignored me and plenty emails to them.This is one of the biggest thieves about and should never ever be trusted.In the meantime I will continue to email them and hope they sort their nonsense trading’s

Daylight robbers! Ordered a blank firing pistol 2 months ago which hasn't been received. Contacted them and was told there is a delay with UK customs and I will have to wait. Have now found out from other European suppliers that they all have stopped shipping to UK since early this year because of custom problems. And they all inform the customer of this before an order is placed!! If you're ordering from the UK, don't bother, you're more than likely not going to get it and they'll blame a customs issue.

Everything went smooth with the purchase and I permanently kept in touch with them on what’s up. Few hiccups with DPD Courier about the address but at the end, I got the product from them in good condition.

I purchased an air rifle ,at approximately £100,and paiid for delivery. Ups messed about with the delivery for several days, and the sent me a form to fill to say what sort of gun and proposed usage. I sent this back same day and two days later got my gun .I was charged £42 uk pounds for this service. I am warning you to factor this into your transaction.

My magnum 26, just came in, great knife, great service, log in, communication with personal if fast response, not happy with mail stoppages after leaving Aceros de Hispania. No fault on AdH, covid, customs, whatever. I will definitely shop at Aceros de hispania. Prices are definitely fair.

Articles payer, communication cordiales avec le service clientèle pour savoir si l'article était en stock, ils ont même fait la commande eux même, je paye donc tout va bien.... et la surprise au bout d'une semaine ils m'annoncent que l'article n'est plus en stock depuis silence radio aucune nouvelle de leurs part pour le remboursement je vais devoir aller voir porter plainte et faire une mise en demeure pour récupérer mon argent, une commande à plus de 150€...

Attention. Internet shop Aceros de hispania are frauds. They put low prices for their product to attract customers, but they don't have any intention to deliver the promised product or to give back the money. Be careful about them. They don't perform their duties. All of them are liers and thieves.

The client is interesting only as long as he has not paid the money!!!

The order was not delivered on time. The item was defective.

29 June 2020. I informed the customer service that the item which I ordered has a defected part. The trigger of safety mode was blocked and does not work.
The answer: -"We send another quickly. I apologize for the inconvenience".

28 July 2020. Me-"Dear Customer Service! I reported that the airgun which I ordered has defects. You promised to deliver that part to my home address. But it seems that you again forgot about me. Please let me know when I can obtain a new part. Maybe it would be better to order that part from another supplier? Because I can not use my rifle and I am still waiting..."
The answer: -"Dear Sir. Thank you for contacting us. We confirm from the factory that we received it on Friday and sent it to you".

Today is 27 August 2020, and I have not received anything.

I gave a grade of 2 out of 5 because Aceros De-Hispania has a lot of interesting products. The staff is qualified and competent.

Excellent efficient company. Good communication & my item was delivered on time. & i am very happy with the quality of my item. I would recommend this company & will definitely buy more items in the future thanks very much 👍
