I cancelled an order for an item which cost £160 for reasons that I won't go into but had absolutely nothing to do with the company or the item itself the fault was all mine. I really believed I would never see the money again, later that very day I received a PayPal email telling me I had been refunded. These people are very honest and have conducted their business with impeccable integrity. I can only apologize for my part in having to cancell in this case, but I will not hesitate to shop here in future.

Bought a air rifle 2 months ago was told my package was tracked for security purposes then ups there courier came to my door and said they lost my rifle scam folks on there web site they say they use fedx so why use ups who lost my rifle don’t believe it avoid like the plague unless you have money to burn took 2 months for them to dispatch and lose a rifle in a box don’t think they even sent it couldn’t even track my rifle something not right with this company I had read other reviews before I ordered and most were bad but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt now iam £218 out of pocket please don’t make the mistake I have made going to send posts on every multimedia site out there this company must been exposed.

I canceled my order and yet have not received a message back or my money back it has been about 5days

Terrible! Terrible Terrible! Ordered a bruni gap from these guys. Says package will be here 03/23/20 with the ups tracking number. But the shipment overview report says it's still stuck in Barcelona Spain because they FAILED to provide the commercial invoice on the package at costums!!! These guys don't respond back, have to contact multiple times just for a reply. I asked for a refund if the package is delayed. These guys don't answer. They are schemes!!!

Avoid at all means!
If they do not have in stock the item you purchase, they will send you what ever they have on their selves!!!
Always pay with paypal and pray your problem will get resolved...

Wat a joke of a company had 4 items sent about 4 weeks ago still not recived them now dpd have told me that all my parcels are being returned to sender and all ime getting from the company is it’s on its way I keep telling them that they have to contact dpd but no one is intrested

Great selection and prices but shipping is the worst...After 6 weeks i still have nothing...When you email he says the same thing (your order was sent ) same thing each time ...I would shop some where else there is also no tracking numbers provided so who knows??????Now August 19/19 and still nothing big waste of money i would not recommend shopping here

we had some confusion due to misunderstanding but in the end they did refund me and i put it down to misunderstanding but not a bad company sorry for the inconvenience from my side to them. thank you very much for refunding me ..

They have good prices, i give them that, but, that´s all, do not expect any kind of service, shipping is SLOW, even they lie to you saying that your shipment is on the way when they just set up the label and you have to wait for another week or 10 days because they DO NOT HAVE STOCK, not recomendable at all.
Save your money and patience for any other HONEST company.

Have been ordering a spring riffle and some parts. The riffle took almost a month. No communication whatsoever about delays in production.
Spare parts....waiting 4 weeks now.
