Debby @Beresford has been an absolute star.
From the start I have had great communication, with new listings being put my way, didnt take Debby long to realise exactly what I was looking for and the perfect place was offered for me to view.
The whole experience has been smooth and transparent.
Unlike other agents I have delt with who seem to be out just to get paid.
My questions and concerns have all been answered promptly and I have felt supported though out the process.

Very disappointed with their customer service.
We agreed to rent a property from this company and once the holding deposit was taken they informed us that the Loft space was not included as it was being used for the Landlords personal storage.
Once this was raised with the Agent their stance went from "I thought this was brought up at the viewing" to "This was definately mentioned at the viewing" even going so far as to indicate when and where it was mentioned. Quite some turnaround.
The Agent then tried to state that they had spoken to the Landlord 3 or 4 times and the situation would have to remain the same. It was only when we advised that this would be a deal breaker did they advise that the Landlord had a change of heart, suggesting that they may not ever have been contacted, and would allow partial use of the Loft space, subject to a clause being added to the Tenancy Agreement allowing the Landlord access to the property, unrestricted, subject to 24 hours notice.
When we advised that this would not be suitable and we would have to withdraw, the Agent stated that as we had withdrawn from the agreement the Holding Deposit would not be refunded. The Agent actually concluded the matter, on their part, by signing off with the statement "This is my final word on the matter".
All in all dreadful service starting with a misleading omission and ending with the company refusing to refund a significant amount of money in the way of the Holding Deposit. Will likely have to take them to the Small Claims Court!!!!!!

I am sorry that you felt the need to post your 1-star review. Having investigated this matter in more detail personally, I reply accordingly.
I have spoken to our consultant who dealt with you from the very outset. His view is that during your initial viewing it was explained to you that the tool shed in the garden was not included as part of the tenancy and neither was the main loft space. The reason behind this is that the landlord moved to Australia and required some areas within his UK based property for storage. We accept that this situation was somewhat unusual, but in our view we were fully transparent during your viewing of the property regarding this and you only raised this as a concern once verbal agreements had been reached at a later date when we sent the initial tenancy paperwork on to you. It was then not until just before your tenancy was due to commence that we received confirmation from you that you intended to withdraw, siting the reason for your decision being the issue of you having no access to the loft. By this stage our staff had undertaken a considerable amount of work, hence why at such a late stage were unable to refund the monies that you had paid to us. Had you had informed us of your decision when first informed of this at the viewing you would not have incurred any associated costs.
Once again, I am sorry that feel aggrieved by the series of events, but I do believe our staff have acted in good faith throughout.

I contacted Beresford and Lauren at the GIdea Park office picked my call and promptly advised me on what to do to get our rent deposit refunded. Emails were promptly responded to and within a short period of time the refund was credited to my. account. Dealt with Beresford at the beginning of our tenancy and I must also say they were wonderful. Have a glorious Christmas; Jesus the centre of it.
