Adam and his colleagues were brilliant and looked after me at the omega store in Liverpool one. I would definitely recommend them and I’m made up with my purchase.

The usual fabulous personal service from Lee who has a wealth of knowledge about our requirements and the product he sells.
All the other staff from the moment we go through the door are equally professional, polite and courteous.

As always it was a great experience dealing with TAG. This time at their Boutique Outlet in Liverpool One which is an Aladin's Grotto of all things TAG

On the lead up to our visit I had been in touch with Conor Wilson by e_mail to see if he could obtain one of their new TAG Connected E5 watches for me to try one before we went on holiday in September as they were out of stock online

Luckily, Conor who is a very likeable, knowledgeable and professional young man was able to do so and after our visit to the Store yesterday I am now the proud owner of my 4th TAG watch

We used DMR to buy our wedding rings. The staff were so lovely and helpful - particularly Penny and Jess. Would absolutely recommend ☺️

Another amazing trip to DMR. Complete luxury from start to finish. Went in with an open mind, looking for a present for my wife following the birth of our baby. I gave Alex an idea of what we were looking for and he brought out plenty of items for us to look, try and consider. We ended up with two amazing pieces, felt completely looked after, understood and valued as a customer. If everyone had the same level of service as DMR, the world would be a better place. Fantastic experience with Baron at David M Robinson’s Canary Wharf store. From start to finish, Baron was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole experience feel relaxed and took the time to make sure everything was perfect.

My wife and I went to DMR to purchase a Rolex for myself. We met Alex who was wonderful. Whilst trying on a watch Alex offered to have my wife’s wedding and engagement rings cleaned and during this cleanup he noticed on my wife’s engagement ring that the one of the arms that was holding the diamond in place was missing and another arm had the tip of the arm missing. This meant that the diamond could have fallen out at any time. Subsequently, we have had the ring repaired at DMR. We are both extremely grateful to Alex for pointing this out.

I had a great experience today with Luana at the Manchester store. First class service throughout. Made me feel very welcome, was very knowledgeable and open to questions without being pushy. Friendly demeanour, no hard sell and no rushing. I look forward to my next visit.

I visited the Omega boutique in Liverpool one on Thursday 23rd July. I was greeted by their friendly sales team.

As I was only looking and unsure what I wanted, they kindly let me browse with no pressure at all and 'they are there if i need them'. Perfect ! No one wants to feel intruded when looking/buying.

I seen a couple of pieces I liked and made the sales team aware.

Neil, very kindly sat me down and let me try some watches on. He was very informative, helpful and full of ideas for me...

It is quite a big purchase for me and alot of money. So after all of Neils help, I decided to leave and have a think. I felt totally comfortable leaving, as sometimes in a shop (NOT OMEGA) you can sometimes feel obliged to buy.

Two days on.... and after a long think, I have just been in again. Welcomed in by Neil and all the friendly staff, I decided to buy one of his ideas.

Absolutely made up.

Neil sat me down again and went through some helpful things, drinks hot/cold were offered (the cold ones were nice !🤣)

The watch I went for is not something I would have picked up, but the options given to me to try on and Neil's ideas allowed me to walk away with a watch I am made up with !!

Good Service Professional And Ethical

Jackie and her team were amazing, patient and provided expertise and a wonderful experience

We were in town for our 27th wedding anniversary and happened to stop into David M Robinson again. As luck would have it I was in need of a lovely pair of earrings and Jess was able to oblige and show me some.

Jess was very pleasant and personable too. We were presented with a lovely array of beautiful designs and we went for something classic.

Even though the shop was near to closing we didn’t feel rushed and were treated very well. Luckily for us they even gave us a couple of gifts which were gratefully received. Summer gave me a lovely travel box to keep my jewellery in which I thought was very kind after she’d just cleaned my rings! All part of the excellent service and attention to detail.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for new jewellery in a lovely relaxed environment.
