Recently engaged with DMR Manchester to sort a watch for myself. Craig has been an absolutely class act throughout the whole process, managing expectations, communicating updates and was always very accommodating.

Baron in Canary Wharf store is truly professional. Everytime I visited the store, he is friendly and patiently understands my needs. He is knowledgeable about market, and dedicate to deliver via offering various options proactively. Earlier delivery further made me realised that I chose the right store which must has great reputation. And I would recommend my friend to him. The whole experience is a real class.

David M Robinson have been my preferred jewellers since 2010, and they have been consistently exceptional throughout. The quality of their jewellery and watches is superb, but what really sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail and personal service.
A special mention must go to Baron, who has always been outstanding. He is knowledgeable, courteous and incredibly helpful, and he always goes the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable and seamless. He is a real credit to the business.

I’m relatively new to DMR (Canary Wharf) but in the last couple of months they have been stellar. Charley has been my point of contact - no question is too silly, her manner in talking through the process of various timepieces or jewellery is perfect. Finally when I had some issues on the collection day - her and the team went the extra mile to remove the stress from me. I thoroughly recommend them :)

The assistant Callum was excellent, taking his time to explain everything about the watch, a credit to your company. Have purchased jewellery from this company for over 45 years, and the service is second to none.

I was recently offered the piece I had been waiting for, which meant a great deal. The process was transparent, respectful, and completely pressurefree. Had a great experience at the DMR store in Canary Wharf. Charley was not only super knowledgeable but also very friendly, making my first visit there informative and enjoyable. She really took the time to answer all my questions and the level of service, professionalism and care is far beyond what I have experienced elsewhere.

I have been working with both Manchester and Altrincham branches to secure an engagement ring. Arousa in the Manchester branch has been very helpful throughout the process (which has been over a month of back and forth), showing understanding and flexibility at every step, in constant communication. In both branches I was treated very well and respectfully, with no sense of rushing, which is so important when making a big investment.

The experience at David M Robinson at the Canary Wharf store was splendid. Asif had taken great care of me and made sure the experience went above and beyond. Customer service is always top notch when you visit.

Callum at DMR Liverpool went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase which was a suprise present for my wife was a available in the shop on the day. As that did not have it in stock. Champagne while we waited was a nice touch. And Callum explained everything.

I wanted a Rolex Submariner watch so much and had seen 2 in the Liverpool shop window that I really liked. I went in and was greeted by Lewis who was great and very helpful. I really wanted the Black faced Submariner, but this is very hard to get. The other watch I liked was the Blue faced Submariner, which was beautiful but more expensive. Lewis told me that one was available and I decided to buy it immediately.
I still hope to get the Black faced Sub and have put my name on the waiting list.

I visited the DMR showroom again recently to collect a timepiece and once again the experience was exceptional ! The communication leading up to my visit, the exceptional customer service whilst there and the follow up is brilliant . The manager Bale leads a truly customer centric team and Baron who looks after me is very welcoming, has a first class knowledge of their product range and understands his customers and makes me feel valued. I can’t recommend them enough for your watch and jewellery needs.

I was dealt with Connor on Sunday, he provided a great experience while I was purchasing my Tag Carrera. No pressure from him, very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased all round. Although I was buying the watch for myself, we were in Liverpool for my partners birthday and Connor gave her a bottle of champagne- that was a really nice touch, thanks Connor.

I had a great experience purchasing my second watch from the Manchester store with Tamara. Clear communication throughout and a really nice experience in store when I collected my watch. Look forward to returning for my next one. Would highly recommend Tamara who was very knowledgable.
