My father-in-law and I recently visited David M Robinson in Manchester and were looked after by Alex Broder for the purchase of 2 x timepieces.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like much more than a transaction, it was a genuine experience. Alex’s knowledge of the brand’s history and the fundamentals of the watch itself was impressive. He made everything feel special and took all steps to keep us well informed.

It’s rare to come across service that memorable. We’d highly recommend Alex and we’ll definitely be back for more.

I've been a client at David M Robinson in Canary Wharf for around 6 months, and the level of customer service has been beyond all expectations. Baron and the team have been superb in providing advice and guidance on my luxury watch journey.

Baron is always very welcoming and visiting the store feels like meeting an old friend. What is most important is the transparency they give of the process. I feel everyone is treated with respect, and have been given very realistic guidelines of what I should expect. However, while knowing I have to be patient, Baron and DMR have come through with some very nice surprises, and have far surpassed my expectations along the way.

I’ve recently bought a watch from DMR Manchester. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt welcomed. Summer was great, very friendly and more than happy to let me try on multiple watches. We didn’t feel rushed or like we were wasting anyone’s time, which is a much different experience to what we’ve had elsewhere. The whole experience felt special and memorable. We will definitely use DMR and Summer for future purchases.

I have now purchased two watches from David M Robinson and some Jewellery, they never disappoint.

I most recently visited them on 12 February 2026. Asif, my regular client advisor, has been brilliant as always. Throughout the entire process of getting me a GMT Master he was responsive, polite and always happy to accommodate various requests.

I should add all of the staff at DMR Canary Wharf are always pleasant and helpful. Their attention to detail is second to none and you get an 'old fashioned' customer service / buying experience with them, in the best sense of the expression.

I walked into the Manchester store as a complete novice wanting to purchase a specific watch for my husband as a surprise for Christmas. I had an image on my phone and my online research indicated that DMR had the watch in stock.

From the moment I entered the showroom I was immediately made to feel very welcome and knew I was in safe hands with Bryan. He took the time to understand my requirements and made the process very smooth and enjoyable. I left the store with the watch beautifully gift wrapped and was also given complimentary champagne and a scented candle as part of the experience. It’s fair to say my husband was overwhelmed when he unwrapped the watch on Christmas morning!

We contacted DMR straight after the Christmas break as the watch required an additional link. This again proved to be a smooth process and there was no charge made for the repairs to be carried out.

Their knowledge of the brands of timepieces they supply that include Patek Philippe and Rolex is quite extraordinary to say the least.

Particularly Bale the boutique manager & Hugo our timepieces consultant.

They provide a warm personal service through and are a true pleasure to deal with and know.

I usually find higher end jewellers quite pretentious but I don’t with David M Robinson. All of the staff come across as very friendly and knowledgeable and Marlie in particular was an absolute delight to deal with. Alisha very kindly had earrings brought into store for us and although we didn’t end up going with those particular ones my Mum was extremely happy with the ones she chose. We have shopped at David M Robinson for 40+ years and it will always be our go to for quality jewellery and excellent customer service.
