Enjoyed everything but your sustainable measures are not ok.
My order had a problem and came back to you. The person that took care of it was really effectiveand i will soon get it. This was really effective . I have put only 3 star on 5 despite the fact i liked everything about the shipment and the jersey because your jersey seems to be made in China. You say on the box that the planet won't respawn. It won't. So if Fnatic is really engaged in sustainable values, maybe doing a bit less margin on the jersey ( that will still be a great margin if we just look at the price ) and making it in europe should have a real impact. Sorry for boring you with with this but it's my opinion (and for my english).

despite covid hiccups, i couldnt be happier
i've ordered quite a lot of items from fnatic, as a fan since 2015 i dont know what took me so long.
last year i ordered the pro kit and eventho it took about 6 or 7 months to arrive due to covid, i was never annoyed or dissatisified with the process.
not only were we given gifts TWICE for having to wait, but the support team were quick to answer tickets and i was never left in the dark about anything or really had to ask constantly about what was going on. great transparency and information sharing.
regarding the quality of each item, it's really fricking good. i've got 4 jerseys, a jacket, pants, hella stickers, and more. each item has premium quality and i couldn't be happier with it all.
currently waiting on my latest order i placed very recently, and i definitely will be ordering more from my team in the future.

Non ho lamentele per le mie esperienze.
Per quanto riguarda i vestiti che ho comprato non mi lamento assolutamente, ottima qualità! Per quanto riguarda il resto ho solo ordinato delle cuffie una volta e trovo ottime anche quelle!!♡ Mentre la gestione del Sito ammetto che è migliorata molto anche per quanto riguarda il trovare quel che cerchi.

Bad product received
Bad product received, tried to convince me to fix it myself without offering a price cut. Only after I firmly told them no and I wouldn’t be bending the keyboard as it might break - did they send me a new one that is 100% stable.
After a while I stopped using it as the quality felt too low.

Great products fast delivery
I'm a regular Fnatic customer and I can't say that I've been displeased with any recent purchases. The quality of the products are high and seem to constantly improve. When it comes to merch, delivery times are super short and I usually receive them sooner than expected. I'm planning to upgrade my computer gear soon with Fnatic Gear as I've had some of their previous versions and they've worked well for me.
