I have plenty of fnatic gear( keyboard ,mouse ,mousepad , headset , 3 jackets ,2 sweats , 2 shirts , flag , keychain, hat ,face mask and 2 keycaps) I love all things fnatic and hope to get the custom PC in the future !

Très mauvaise expérience
Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai commandé un casque qui ne veut pas bien se connecter au micro, impossible de capter le son avec. Le support a voulu me renvoyer un micro ( qui fonctionne tout seul à part ). Ils ne voulaient pas comprendre que le problème venait d’un faux contact entre le casque et le micro. Et d’après leur politique, tout produit ouvert est inéchangeable, même s’il ne fonctionne pas ! Je me retrouve donc avec un casque qui ne me servira pas puisque j’ai besoin d’un micro. Je ne recommande pas du tout. A fuir.

Due to stock availability it was divided due to stock availability. As I can see that keyboard was shipped on the 9th of January from our UK warehouse.
Tracking is only available with the AirSure and International Signed For shipping methods. As such we are not able to provide you with a tracking number for your purchase. Please not order's can take up to 12 working days to arrive, and can be delayed due to customs. If you do not receive your package after 12 working days, please contact us and we can look at some solutions.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but we cannot influence your country's customs or postal system, we ship via Royal Mail which forward your package to your local delivery service in charge and then they are responsible for your delivery.

I most say this is the worst support i have had for a long time. I even wrote to you at first so i was sure thay where sendt at the same time and i was told by you thay will be send at the same time. And now one of them is send the 9th the order was put at the 6th januar it says max 6 dags til you have the package and now you are telling me 12 days why dont you report back to me and say you are out og stock you was able to see that when i ask about my package at first?.
i really dont understand this support

Terrible service and delivery
My son has been waiting weeks for a keyboard he bought, tracking number doesnt exist, he got an email to say it was shipped and still nothing. He email to ask about the tracking number and was just sent the same number. Crap service and shipping. Will be looking for a refund.
Good quality BUT
I ordered 2 pieces of Clothing:

1 Hoodie
The Jersey is great, very high Quality but the Hoodie had some blue-ish coloured spots on the front..
but anyhow the Quality is very acceptable, i would order again

Udstyr til bærbar
Behandling af min ordre tog alt for lang tid. Da ordren endelig var afsendt, kunne jeg via "Trac and trace" se at ordren var blevet til et helt andet sted i europa. Det var altså ret træls!
Så derfor handler jeg aldrig der igen.
