this year a order the world KIT , i take the custom jersey and the jogging (the jersey is amazing !).
When i recieve my order i realise that the jogging was to small so i ask to refund it to the support , after somme exchange with the support , get a refund with out probleme. the support take time and are very professional ! so thanks a lot , i will order next year for sure #alwaysfnatic

Da während der Pandemie, Lieferverzögerungen unvermeidbar waren, kam FNATIC mit mehreren Angeboten auf mich etc. und bot zusätzliche Produkte oder Reduzierungen an.

Ho acquistato molte cose da questo Shop da tastiere a vestiti, parlando di tastiere ho acquistato una Streak65 che sto usando proprio adesso, piccola, leggera e i tasti si premono molto facilmente, una tastiera leggera e veloce per videogiocare ai massimi livelli. Ho provate pure vestiti ahime solo felpe e magliette, perche le amo semplici e esteticamente perfette. Parlando di spedizioni sono lente ma parlando di destinazione Italia, cioe 2 settimane ma mi pare pure giusto per la pandemia di questi anni. Detto questo consiglio di acquistare al 100%.

Everything was great.
Except for the shipping, a great addition would be a live track to see exactly where my delivery is. It was a little bit unclear on the tracking website (it told me the jersey would be delivered in 20 days when in fact it took only a week)

buying fnatic staff for nearly 3 yrs including fncgear and clothes. I really like the quality of products and the design of them. But the delivery is terriable. Im in CN and it usually takes at least half of year to delivery to me. I also be told that my 2020 alpha black is lost during delivery. very sad. I will go to US this year so I hope I can get my product quickly there. Wish fnatic becomes better.

Bought multiple pieces of clothing and gaming hardware. It's all good quality and fairly durable, I'm definitely satisfied and would buy again.

Shipping times were pretty long when they were sending from the UK but got shorter since many things were shipped from the Netherlands. (I live in Germany for reference)

Support and Service has always been nice and helpful for me.

Ordered a hoodie and received it within 3 days during corona! Wow, I was seriously impressed. Quality is good and definitely worth the money. I'll be using my hoodie for a long time.

I buy from FNC regularly and honestly it would be 5 stars if there was an option for express shipping to the US because it takes about 2-3 weeks for my items to arrive. Other than that, the apparel is amazing! Always high quality and the package always come clean and pristine.

I bought equipment and clothing and i am extremely happy with all of it. It has super high quality and still looks brand new, even after 2 years of using. The only thing that I am still waiting on is an upgrade on the Software for mouse + keyboard to have more lighting choices. But that is just the cherry on top and obviously not really necessary.
