Milk & More Reviews

The deliveries are early in the morning and usually very reliable. If a product isn’t available, I appreciate appropriate substitution. The items are always very fresh and tasty. I like the fact I can pause my deliveries easily when I’m away. The charges are always clear and refunds are timely.

Twice i have ordered and paid for bread and neither time was it delivered. No explanation or refund. Milk has not been keeping fresh despite using cool box with ice packs. These issues have been promptly sorted and I can heartily recommend this company

I know I can always rely on my milk, and whatever else I have ordered, being on my doorstep first thing in the morning.

Have used milk and more for several years now! We always get our delivery and I find it very convenient to be able to put through an order up till 9pm the night before!
I quite often run short of essential items that I can get from milk and more which is great!

The milk is usually delivered in the early hours of the morning and is rarely late. A recent query on my account was resolved without a problem.

Sometimes there is a white substance left behind at the bottom of an empty milk bottle, which was presumably present when the bottle was full. It appears your bottle cleaning process is ineffective. I am tempted t to cancel my order and rely on supermarket milk cartoons in future, which are presumably not recycled like milk bottles are. Clifford Longley

My order is always delivered on time and I have no problems at all with my milkman, who is excellent.
I have also been assisted by the online staff when experiencing difficulties with my account.

Dairy delivery great I've been with them two weeks and they've been unable to send my fruit and veg box on both weeks. If next week is the same I will be looking for another company

An excellent service which I used for many years. So easy to go online to your account and change anything or to check anything. Great delivery service too.

Really good and easy to use company
Would like to see a bit more choice in the range of products

Your delivery is exemplary and prompt.

Always on time and the order is as I wanted it.

Very reliable, everything always arrives on time ready for first thing in the morning - Thank you

Reasonable prices always delivered on time, thank you.

What is not to like about getting up knowing your breakfast milk is on the doorstep? and there's more ....
my teacakes there too, and a bag of compost for the garden - a whole range of stuff delivered when I want it. Also doing our bit to help our dairy farmers, and recycling the glass bottles too.

Great value, always delivers and easy ordering online.

Delivery whatever the weather and excellent range of products

Just so great to have a reliable delivery service plus excellent choice of goods.

I would highly recommend Milk and More. Not only are their deliveries made early, the milk is always cold and fresh and their website is incredibly easy to use. Thank you to everyone involved, for being such a reliable service.

Milk and More give a good and reliable service. As the milk is delivered in the middle of the night, I never see my milkman but my order is waiting on the doorstep in the morning. He's always quiet when I'm sleeping.
