we only get milk - but it's always there. And if we have to change or cancel due to holidays it's very easy. It's a great service that we really appreciate.

Been enjoying Milk & More a couple of months now, lovely fresh bottled whole milk, semi-skimmed Goat Milk 🐐& a bottle unhomogonised Jersey Gold Top, a treat on a Saturday, that glorious plug of cream on my cearial.
Has become a family institution...we've tried fresh breads, broken buscuits & a lovely cake. Delicious Yoghurts in glass. Even a bag of compost...so handy.
I like how payments are taken immediately, & refunds prompt, so always up to date & clear, no big surprises.
Yes, a wee bit more expensive, but free delivery, & a handy pack of silicone bottle tops, welcome gift.
I personally love to be awake for our Milk Man delivering our crate around 2:30am...it's exciting x

Excellent service. Great choice and extremely reliable

Started off ok for the first few weeks. Then all of a sudden it all went wrong when my normal delivery man went on holiday. Ordered numerous times and it never showed up on the expected delivery days. Seems a waste of time

Very reliable milk deliveries. I have been with Milk and More for many years. Not the cheapest milk but makes life easier having it on my doorstep. I have had problems with milk going off in hot weather so use a cool bag to help prevent this.

Second time using them today and yet again my order was missing items. No milkshake and yoghurt missing. Called them to discuss the missing items just to get a very rude woman on the phone who's English was atrocious. 3 times she called me Alexander, every time I told her my name was Damien she would sigh and then cut me off. Then when I asked if they will redeliver the missing items she said no and hung up on me. How can you mess up such a small order 12 items twice in a row. Certainly wont be using this company again and I would strongly advise anyone thinking about using the to not bother

It’s great to have reliable doorstep milk and I really appreciate the people who work year round to deliver this service. It’s easy to manage deliveries online, and makes so much sense to reuse glass milk bottles.

Again on Friday last week I was left three pints of semi- skimmed milk instead of full cream milk. As on the times before, if this was a mistake it is getting too much! Semi-skimmed milk is undrinkable and has to be thrown in the drain. I have said before that if you have no real milk, leave nothing but apologise, or leave the semi=skimmed and enough double cream so that I can mix it. Get a grip!

They always come in the morning on time sometimes they go missing or get knicked but most of the time i get them whats very good ok

Completely reliable service and easy to cancel or increase deliveries if required. I get up at seven the milks always there in returnable glass bottles.

It all started with a knock at my door, a young girl told me all about milk and more and showed me how to use the website, since then im very happy. It's ideal and the delivery guys are very quiet, my dog don't even hear them and they always shut my gate afterwards im greatful for that aswell. I would recommend to anyone thats thinking about using please do . Great service

100% reliable, in over 30 years never missed a delivery

Recently their quality has become unreliable. The milk usually lasts 4 days but I even had a pint that gone off after 2 days. If I buy a pint of milk in the supermarket it will last at least a week. The secret? Unlike at Milk and More supermarket milk is kept refrigerated at all times. Unfortunately other items too were unsatisfactory, bread without best before date, soggy croissants.
They promptly refunded the money but it still left me without my breakfast several times.

Excellent service. Milk delivered overnight 3 time a week, with notice if a delivery is to be missed due to Bank Holidays, with the usual Monday delivery added to Friday’s.

Your service is always reliable and any queries I have are always dealt with very promptly and easily.
