Excellent service. Milk delivered overnight 3 time a week, with notice if a delivery is to be missed due to Bank Holidays, with the usual Monday delivery added to Friday’s.

Your service is always reliable and any queries I have are always dealt with very promptly and easily.

I love getting fresh milk delivered in glass bottles! I get a delivery 3 times a week and that works well for our family. I bought the Milk & More insulated box so my deliveries stay chilled, and have also ordered yoghurts, fruit juices and bakery goods. There are lots to choose from!

It is so great to bring in your fresh milk in the morning, saves a fifteen minute walk to shops.

Considering cancelling Milk&More. Not only is the milk delivered too early 1.30 am but more often or not wakes me up

I’ve been using Milk &More for my milk deliveries for a few years now and I highly recommend them. My milk is always delivered on time and the best part is the company uses glass bottles which I think makes the milk taste better than cartons. I have also bought other items in the past and the products are very good.

I have been a customer for about a year. At first, it went well. We then started to get delivery issues which to their credit, they sorted. But then these delivery issues became so frequent (wrong milk, wrong amount etc) that it was just too much effort to have to keep trying to correct so I'd grudgingly accept whatever random stuff would turn up at the door. They then started having issues collecting the money from my account and I kept getting threatening emails about charging me a £15 fee. My bank has confirmed there is no issue my side, it's all on them. I decided to cancel my account and have been hounded on the phone every day this week to give them another go.

No thinks, I don't care about the discount you're offering. It's too much hassle for such a simple part of life. I've found a different service, but if they didn't exist I would just use the supermarket as the effort of getting it from there is still much easier.

I have been a long term customer. A change in ownership has completely changed the service leading me to source an alternative milk man.

It’s easy to add to orders but almost impossible to delete items.

When I eventually found the phone number the “ customer service” person was not able to understand my name and address and mumbled so much I gave up.

Very reliable delivery, good to wake up in the morning to milk on the doorstep.
The website is a bit awkward, needs smoothig over.

Love to get our milk in reusable glass bottles, which we can return to the milkman, rather than lots of plastic bottles to go to recycling.
Works well all year, and over the summer deliveries are placed in our cool box (which we put an ice block into) so the hot weather is no problem.
Like the kombucha they deliver too.

When it works,which is most of the time, it works well. When it goes wrong occasionally, it can be very frustrating. The online ordering system can also be tricky. It took three attempts to order a ''Bundle Deal last week and changing my regular order has nor worked a few times.
I want to support the service beecause I think it's valuable but it tests my patience at times.
I'm content that the company have taken my comments seriously and it has not affected my view of the milkmen who deliver the produce. They do a wonderful job in often difficult conditions. I'll continue to show my appreciation to them at Christmas.

Great when it delivers, unresponsive when it doesn't. This is at least the 8th time I've had a missed delivery with no explanation. There is no competitor local to my city, so I no longer expect Milk and More to improve this stat; I think we all just play delivery roulette and know that 90% of the time it'll be there. However, when a delivery is missed and I notify the company, I do expect a prompt response and a refund. I notified them three days ago, messaged again the next day, and still had no response after leaving it for the weekend. It's not about the money, but it is a basic expectation of a business to deliver their goods and rectify any mistakes quickly and courteously. I have told them I will be posting this review and what I will say, and hopefully the publicity will elicit a faster response. Shame I have to though.
Edit: as predicted, sharing on here meant an instant refund and voucher. Unfortunately, my delivery was missed again two days later. I will be escalating this (again) and asking for a refund (again). This is the second time I've been given a voucher for persistent missed deliveries, but this isn't the point. All I really want is to reliably get milk which is a shade more environmentally friendly and better for the farmer than Tesco's.
