Reliable deliveries and milk has been fresh even in the hottest weather.

Deliveries always on time.whenever the need to change or amend a due Delivery date plenty of advanced information given.milk is always fresh.as is other items I have ordered. The ability to change my order the night before delivery is a great asset 7th

Love to get our milk in reusable glass bottles, which we can return to the milkman, rather than lots of plastic bottles to go to recycling.
Works well all year, and over the summer deliveries are placed in our cool box (which we put an ice block into) so the hot weather is no problem.
Like the kombucha they deliver too.

When it works,which is most of the time, it works well. When it goes wrong occasionally, it can be very frustrating. The online ordering system can also be tricky. It took three attempts to order a ''Bundle Deal last week and changing my regular order has nor worked a few times.
I want to support the service beecause I think it's valuable but it tests my patience at times.
I'm content that the company have taken my comments seriously and it has not affected my view of the milkmen who deliver the produce. They do a wonderful job in often difficult conditions. I'll continue to show my appreciation to them at Christmas.

Great when it delivers, unresponsive when it doesn't. This is at least the 8th time I've had a missed delivery with no explanation. There is no competitor local to my city, so I no longer expect Milk and More to improve this stat; I think we all just play delivery roulette and know that 90% of the time it'll be there. However, when a delivery is missed and I notify the company, I do expect a prompt response and a refund. I notified them three days ago, messaged again the next day, and still had no response after leaving it for the weekend. It's not about the money, but it is a basic expectation of a business to deliver their goods and rectify any mistakes quickly and courteously. I have told them I will be posting this review and what I will say, and hopefully the publicity will elicit a faster response. Shame I have to though.
Edit: as predicted, sharing on here meant an instant refund and voucher. Unfortunately, my delivery was missed again two days later. I will be escalating this (again) and asking for a refund (again). This is the second time I've been given a voucher for persistent missed deliveries, but this isn't the point. All I really want is to reliably get milk which is a shade more environmentally friendly and better for the farmer than Tesco's.

Don't you deliver fresh milk anymore ? If you do, you haven't delivered it to me. You delivered 4 pints of sour milk. All gone down the drain. You have inconvenienced me once again. Well done! And before you say anything, yes, I do have a milk minder and the sour milk was left in it. It wasn't there long as I put it in the fridge soon after delivery.

First class no complaints on the delivery side and all the produce is great

Someone knocked the door asking to sign up. We did, they took our money, couldn’t deliver first order, give them a 2nd chance, didn’t deliver the 2nd now got to wait for someone to call me back to get my money back. Just don’t bother wasting your time with them.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Despite complaining time and time again. The delivery driver is completely incompetent and unable to follow instructions to put bread in the box so that squirrels don’t eat it before I collect it in the morning. Today was the last time. I’m cancelling my subscription and moving to Modern Milkman

Regular delivery for years. Although milk is a little more expensive than a supermarket it is reassuring to know you will receive a delivery if you are not able to go out. Also you can change your order easily on the website.

Deliveries always on time plus any extra orders. Shame he's so early I've never met him!

We started using Milk and More during lockdown. We were very grateful for the service.
We continued afterwards and have been using them ever since. They carry a wide range of goods, not just milk. I like that I have the option for milk in glass bottles.
We order compost for the garden so my husband doesn’t need to carry it. It’s great getting it delivered to the door.
They deliver three days a week but we do not have to have deliveries on all three days. It is easy to add or change our orders online.
