Deliveries are always made during the early hours of the morning so that they are available for when we get up.We get a consistently good service.

A great service for everyone from the busy executive to the new mum and those less mobile.

We started using Milk and More during lockdown. We were very grateful for the service.
We continued afterwards and have been using them ever since. They carry a wide range of goods, not just milk. I like that I have the option for milk in glass bottles.
We order compost for the garden so my husband doesn’t need to carry it. It’s great getting it delivered to the door.
They deliver three days a week but we do not have to have deliveries on all three days. It is easy to add or change our orders online.

Only the eggs were delivered and the white rolls (which I really needed) are missing . Also I have a massive black milk and more box that I leave on the doorstep for the food to be put it and the eggs were placed in front of the box not in it? I am getting really annoyed with missing items and no refunds. There really is no point ordering items for them not to be delivered and what’s the point in having one of the milk and more boxes you sell if the food is not going to be put in them.

This is not a one off this keeps happening over and over again. I won’t be using you ever again. I am still waiting for a refund for my missing item.

Unfortunately our milk delivery comes about 1 am and in the hot weather our milk went off twice. I bought one of your polystyrene containers on the recommendation of your customer service but our litre bottles don't fit and the milkman doesn't use it despite our leaving in on the doorstep.

It is very reassurance to know my milk will be on my doorstep as ordered in bad weather as well as other products like eggs and cheese and bread. Might be more expensive but reliable and delivered to the door.

This is such a good service! We've been using Milk and More for years now - our milk appears in the quiet of the night (even the dog doesn't stir!) and its there on our doorstep for morning coffee and breakfast. If we have guests over the summer (we have loads as we live by the sea) you can always add on a different milk, extra juice or yogurts etc. Yes you pay a bit more but then you do for something thats perfect!

Excellent products; the best oat milk I've ever had was from Milk & More. I love their flexibility as well. If you can't commit to every week's delivery, you can order as a one-off. Customer service is also outstanding. Thank you Milk&More.

I have been having my milk delivered for over thirty years and I can honestly say in that time I have had only two or three minor problems.
I am always certain that no matter what the weather my milk will be delivered.

As with many companies, you just can't ever speak to anyone when there's an issue.

Even sending an email to their specified return email address comes back as undeliverable!

I have twice sent messages through the "contact us" on their website to explain the situation and not had a response from anyone. This apparently goes to their "Customer Care" department. Pretty ironic, I've been a customer for nearly four decades and it appears they couldn't give a monkey's.

A wonderful feeling to know that my delivery will arrive whilst I am still asleep.

Our Milkman is so attentive to our order. He always closes our garden gate.

Orders left regularly and quietly in my cool box (when I remember to put it out). BUT I find it difficult to use the website when adding or removing items from my orders.
