I had an excellent experience with the representative named Sanapadou Sineyile from SES Water . She was incredibly professional, polite, and patient throughout our conversation. Website link to send meter readings is not working. I couldn't fully understand what the customer service person was saying because of his heavy accent, speaking very fast, so the call took longer than necessary because I had to ask him to repeat himself slowly several times.
