Dreadful Customer Service
I have tried contacting Equiniti regarding problems logging into my account. You're advised there is a higher volume of callers than normal and given the option to hold or receive a call back. I have opted for the call back and never had a call back1? I have held on the line for well in excess of an hour and still no answer?!!
This is an appalling service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Dreadful telephone system. Staff not helpful. Share certificate lost.
I telephoned at exactly 8.30am this morning, after listening to endless messages promoting online service etc I was given automated options to select, none of which suited my need to question where my share certificate was as it had not been returned to me. The recorded message also said there was 10 minute queue which would indicate there are not enough staff to handle the amount of calls this company receives! Having finally spoke to two members of staff I was informed that I had to write in, there was no direct line to customer services or complaints. Letter posted today so let’s see how long it takes to get the resolved.

Helpful sale of shares…
When I eventually got an assistant to listen to me that I was unable to open an online account because an error 1 kept coming up she was so very very helpful and sold my share for me. They want you to do this online which I am happy to do but kept getting this error so I phoned the help number given and waited for 30 mins each time without getting a person. Last person I spoke to was wonderful and tried to find out what the problem was so 5* for her and 0 for the online help. Also the hold music is just awful especially listening to it 3 times for 30 mins
