I chose to instruct my own legal team, who had been busy in the background getting ready for the offer coming through, which prevented any unnecessary delays.

The valuer visited the property within 10 days and provided the report immediately.

Very helpful, QUICK service

I genuinely regret the day I chose this company to provide the mortgage for my property.

Throughout the entire mortgage period, I have made every payment on time and have complied with all of their requirements, rules and regulations. I have also kept them informed whenever there have been changes or updates relating to my circumstances.

Despite this, I have repeatedly been treated as though I have done something wrong. I receive constant letters and regular phone calls, which have caused unnecessary stress and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I have contacted the company several times and specifically requested that they stop sending me unnecessary letters for environmental reasons. I have even submitted a formal complaint about this, yet I continue to receive them.

Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been equally disappointing. On several occasions, I have found the representatives rude, impatient and unhelpful when I have contacted them for assistance.

I am currently in the process of selling my property, and I sincerely hope that the mortgage will be settled shortly. Once this is completed, I will have no intention of ever using this company's services again.

She was exceptionally friendly, professional and patient, and explained everything so clearly that I felt completely comfortable throughout the conversation.
