Very helpful, QUICK service

I genuinely regret the day I chose this company to provide the mortgage for my property.

Throughout the entire mortgage period, I have made every payment on time and have complied with all of their requirements, rules and regulations. I have also kept them informed whenever there have been changes or updates relating to my circumstances.

Despite this, I have repeatedly been treated as though I have done something wrong. I receive constant letters and regular phone calls, which have caused unnecessary stress and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I have contacted the company several times and specifically requested that they stop sending me unnecessary letters for environmental reasons. I have even submitted a formal complaint about this, yet I continue to receive them.

Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been equally disappointing. On several occasions, I have found the representatives rude, impatient and unhelpful when I have contacted them for assistance.

I am currently in the process of selling my property, and I sincerely hope that the mortgage will be settled shortly. Once this is completed, I will have no intention of ever using this company's services again.

Both Frankie Hall and Laura McBurney were very helpful in getting my decision in principle and subsequent application sorted. I really appreciate their patience with me, as this is my first buy-to-let mortgage. A credit to the company.

Good product guide and easy to read for a Private Ltd Company.
Richard Rapier was efficient and rang at the due appointment times. He was quick to put the wheels in motion once I had decided on the required product.

I would like to give some excellent feedback about Laurel McBurn, who was absolutely outstanding during my recent conversation with her. She was exceptionally friendly, professional and patient, and explained everything so clearly that I felt completely comfortable throughout the conversation. I have dealt with banks many times over the years, but I can honestly say I have never felt so at ease speaking to someone from a bank before. Whether or not my loan application is successful, Laurel made a fantastic impression on me and deserves the highest possible recognition for her exceptional customer service

The mortgage application process was simple and easy to follow. Ernesta guided me through it fully making it very easy to understand. Ernesta was clear and always on time and polite.

Richard was excellent at explaining the entire process and our options. Everything was and he is able to build up a rapport very quickly.

Spoke to mark he was really helpful anything I didn’t understand he would go over with me really happy with the level of service I recived

Laura McBurney was amazing! She was able to help me complete all the information by telephone because I am very bad at technology and I didn't have access to a computer.

Laura was very patient and thorough. She was very reassuring and a pleasure to talk with.
