I had such wonderful luck to have someone named James D. answer my call (in very speedy fashion) today. My boss has been having difficulty understanding why a certain issue arose, given that everything on our side had been done correctly. But she herself had difficulty getting in touch with uCheck. However, James very quickly answered my call and was incredibly warm and polite, and by his demeanor I could tell he really wanted to help and was determined to find a solution for us.

Thanks to him, the issue was cleared within moments! He even called me back, which in my line of work is a rarity (usually I'm one chasing people for updates!). So thank you so much for your professionalism, your work ethic, and for being so lovely a person to speak with.

Ben has helped with a document query, he was very efficient. Thanks Ben.

Katie and Molly were very helpful, they answered my questions in details so that I was able to make a decision. Furthermore, they were very patient and were able to understand my feelings when dealing with relevant choices in my career. I really appreciated their support.

Katie responded to my application very quickly and, once I had replied to her query, she was able to confirm that she had put my application through to be processed. Very efficient.
