We use ucheck for our DBS checks for volunteers to our charity. I had a query regarding a couple of volunteer DBS checks and contacted the helpline. Debra Davies responded immediately and quickly provided the advice and solution I needed that day. I had to go back to her with a further query and, again, Debra responded very quickly and gave me a prompt solution to my issue.

I struggled to access the form and to make payment, but the customer support team were very responsive and helpful, especially via email. Sharna, in particular, made things happen, and with her support my difficulties were solved very quickly and the account was created very promptly.

At the point I couldn't work out how to progress my issue I was immediately transferred to a live agent - Nick. He was exceptionally efficient in helping me and resolved my issue quickly. So far I have used the virtual assistant quite frequently as I am new to the service and it has always helped me quickly

I needed to get in touch with UCheck about a refund to my account and 🌷 Jean 🌷got back to me less than an hour after I sent the request to tell me the money had been refunded and would be back on my card in 7-10 days. You can't really ask for a quicker response than that. Jean was incredibly helpful and I can't thank her enough.

Jan at Ucheck provided a very good service.However this is not always the case from the staff at Ucheck - I didn't feel it was fair to lower the score for Jan due to another colleagues failure to complete the full service. Jan received and set up one organisation as a sub-group and replied within the day. Another application had been submitted almost a week before and we had not received confirmation that this had been set up with the reference number but Jan was able to find this and let me know the reference. Jan has also informed me that we will receive a refund of the charge that was double what it should have been. Well done Jan.

Jan made the process a lot easier and was very responsive if i had any trouble - a very good service
