Great company, honest reliable, and trustworthy from the get go. Nicole was amazing, who kept me informed and managed my case and guided me through the process. I had a systems boiler removed and combi boiler added to my property. Chris Rutt the boiler engineer was amazing, kind, respectful, hardworking, and always arrived in time. For sure I would recommend this company, I'm a single nurse with three children, no dought I will call again very soon when I move house. Thank you again for everything. Fehmyu.....

Good overall service some delays obtaining a part & on site survey that said boiler installed over a day by engineers and warm box staff very helpfull

Warmbox was good from sales to completion of new boiler. A problem arose with plumber cancelling but Nicole was straight on it and the job was completed satisfactory.

A truly great experience in a time of need . The boiler is the heart of the home and to have it fail is terrible . I filled out the questionnaire online and a phone call shortly after to explain and confirm what package would be best for me . Soon after I got an installation date . The gas safe plumber turned up his name was Steve and he had a helper with him they got straight to work and were very efficient and respectful they have done a great job the pipe work is not only neat but good to look at you can tell that Steve the fitter takes great pride in his work . Overall I would recommend warm box to my family and friend great service from start to finish from 1st contact 🤞

I can honestly say this experience has been absolutely amazing. After hearing so many horror stories about boiler installations I was anxious. From the very beginning Glen and Nicole were so helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The installation took place with Nicole calling to ensure all was well, she also called to ensure I was happy and had no issues at the end of the process. The engineer was so good, he did not stop working until eveything was complete and all tested. I cannot thank the team enough and would recommend to my family and friends.

The engineers who fitted the boiler were polite and got the job done in good time. They were friendly and tidy. The house was left with a working boiler and you couldn’t tell work had been done in the house. Perfect!

A great company! I got my boiler installed in April and the whole process was smooth and easy. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The engineer who came out did an amazing job and cleaned up after he was done! Really happy with everything.

The engineer assigned to fitting the new boiler turned up on time. He got into the job straight away and even turned down a cup of tea, he was so keen to finish the job on time. He left my house clean and tidy. All the staff I met were pleasant and helpful

the team that came were pleasant and respectful they also new their job, i cant remember the big lads name but when they had done the job he told me that the pressure in one of the pipes was low and that in the past someone had fitted the wrong size pipe somewhere and he didnt stop till he found it a 15 mm pipe had joined two 22 mm pipes. any mess they made was put right before they left, he knew his job alright, if i was asked to score them out of ten i would give them 15. a pleasure to have them in our home.

Used Warmbox to get a local installer for my new boiler. I couldn't have been happier with the installer that did our job. Very reasonably priced as well
