I visited "The Saxons" in Leicester. The place is beautiful. The community area was so peaceful, with lovely decor. I had a zoom meeting in there and the backdrop looked great during the call. It gave my meeting more of a professional look.
Charlotte was there on site. She is very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and she ensured that my visit was a great one.

I messed up! I paid twice and needed to get my money back. Usually companies are quick to ask when you have their cash but slow to respond when they have yours. Iffah Shoaib understood my challenge, collected the relevant data, checked my eligibility and expedited the refund. My problems were of my own making but the solution came from Centrick and I am relieved to have fixed it all with so little friction

We’ve had a great experience with the site manager Saf at our apartment block. He are professional, approachable, and very responsive to any issues that arise. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and the building is always well managed. It really makes a difference having someone reliable on site. Highly recommended.

Terrible Managing agents. Have no respect for the law. Have taken our money for four years in a row and not met the statutory obligations to provide summary service charge accounts to the leaseholders. Do not respond to emails and do not carry out essential repairs in our building at Victoria Point.
