Saf at liberty place was amazing i was working in apartment 214 on behalf on insurance company, he couldn’t have been more helpful, anything my team needed he was there.

Unfortunately, Centrick have just taken over as the management company for our estate. Our service charge per year was already ridiculous and I was really hoping for them to be more mindful/realistic when it came to costs etc but, predictably, it only went up to over £1600+ a year - including paying for window cleaning that I don't even receive.

At this point, I don't know how the government allows companies like this to do what they do. The way new build estates are set up is just a parasitic money making scheme. The fees are extortionate with costings seemingly just being plucked out of the air.

I bought my property as freehold but it is treated in no way differently to a leasehold property. I see now that these modern properties are commonly referred to as 'fleecehold', and rightly so.

I sent an email of complaint about the inflated costs and have yet to hear back in over three and a half weeks despite following up since.

Another awful, rip-off management company with poor communication.

Update:
I've still not heard back 5 weeks later after my initial email and two follow ups. They were quick to post a message on here to save face in public but nothing has come of it.

Warning to those who post unhappy reviews on here: If they request further info via Trust Pilot, you have 3 days to provide it or your review can be removed. No doubt this tactic has been used as an easy way to get rid of undesirable reviews before.

Saf is very helpful and present always deals with the request quickly and efficiently keeps the complex well run
