At liberty place in Birmingham. Sufyaan is always super helpful, sorting out parking spaces, parcels and any other issues are always sorted quickly. All star on site team.

Bernadette has been so helpful and kind. Every time when I greet her she’s always positive and smiling, as well as John who I see mostly during night shifts at Orion, these two people literally makes our day, for myself and wife when we do see them on shift!

Excellent service. Liberty place is a prime location in the city centre and well maintained development. The head concierge (Saf) and the team are amazing and never fail to deliver a super service.

Totally appalling customer service
Totally appalling customer service - i have been meaning to leave this review for several weeks.....Whilst the 2 young ladies who I actually spoke to tried to help as best they could and were very polite, professional and imformative and promised calls backs I have to say that Helen the property account manager is never available to take a phone call and never replies to phone calls, telephone messages, emails or even messages from her own colleagues. Firstly, Centric sent a management charge invoice for several thousand pounds with errors and no explantion or phone call to discuss the matter despite numerous attempts by phone and email by the owner and family members to get to a final correct amount and took months to sort it. This was only and finally done after several attempts by a director of the Owners Management company !! Secondly, it was several weeks since we asked for information about the building construction so we can sort insurance. This was finally received with no apology or explanation for the delay !!! Requests for contact from Helen's direct Manager or a company director to discuss these issues and service were also ignored and not repsonded to. This review is by a family member with direct experience of the issues and the "service" by centric and several other property management companies (so i know the good from the bad PM's) and the totally absent customer service from Helen at Centric.

Regarding our Victoria Point (Ashford) - Building Manager Hayley.

I wanted to write on here to highlight what an asset Hayley our receptionist is to this building. She goes above and beyond for all residents and as someone who has just had a newborn and needed some extra support, she’s been unbelievably amazing. She’s kind, and caring and really cares about everyone in this building.

Centrick need to look after their staff and ensure she is rewarded!

Working on site at Liberty Place undertaking a survey and Saf couldn't have been more helpful, provided plans and access without issues.

Saf was very helpful and obliging i visit sites all over the country and found saf the most helpful well maintained development.

I am a visitor at Liberty place very often and I find Saff very helpful managing car parking for me and taking care for my parents when needed something

Think it's so weird reading the reviews here, couldn't be further from the experience our building had with Centrick. They were appalling - they failed to maintain the building, causing warranties to lapse. They never communicated and only ever raised fees while doing less.

I’ve given you more information, you can keep deleting and I’ll keep leaving them. As a warning to others. Your mismanagement has severely compressed apartment prices by your lack of maintenance, high service charges, and abdication of the most basic duties and legal requirements - such as accounts.

I'm a contractor for letting agents in Birmingham city centre and always happy to visit LIBERTY apartments run by CENTRICK building management team, the site manager SAF has always been great to deal with, always happy to help, unlike some other concierges run by other building management companies! Definitely my favourite site manager.

Had a viewing at liberty place and saf the gentleman at concierge was very helpful and even put me in touch with a owner at Liberty place looking to rent, I hopefully will move here, absolute top guy

Really helpful assistant Haider listened well and provided the information I needed on the call. He was also polite and clear which is also helpful when trying to sort out the portal problems I had. Great Job Haider.
