Mustafaa was so helpful and understanding at a difficult time in my life, not only did he understand fully, but spoke to me with empathy and understanding, meaning we could come around to an agreement, which not only reduced the severe amount of stress currently in my mental health, but made me feel comfortable and relaxed. For this I am extremely grateful.

saf is a honest and concerned site manager at liberty place, who courageously looks after our interest.

I was trying to sort a service charge issue since the start of January, I didn't get any help from Centrick for over 2 months, they told me all sorts of stories which weren't true (on the rare occasions they answered the phone/ answered emails) which caused a lot of stress. For this experience I would have given a solid 0 stars. However, I was then introduced to Danielle... Danielle actually wanted to help me resolve my issue, she answered all my emails quickly and advised of any updates when she received them. She actually cared about supporting me through the process and I am so grateful for that. Danielle is the reason I am giving 3 stars, if I hadn't had a horrible experience to start off with then I would have given this review 5 stars solely due to Danielle's work but unfortunately the rest of the company let her down. Danielle is an asset to the company and she should be praised for her work. As for the rest of the company, management should really review who they have working for them as some people really let the company down.

I have dealt with this company since 2022 and when I say dealt with I mean I have emailed and they have ignored. They are appalling and have zero customer service. I am £1000s out of pocket and they do not care

Been staying at my friends apartment liberty place , for just over 1 month and I have to give a special thanks to Saf for all the helpful assistance he gave to me during my stay. Hopefully be back soon.

was working at various properties at Liberty place on behalf of insurance company carrying out decorating works , had no keys for properties and the concierge Saf assisted in everything I needed without any fuss

I have had an awful experience with Centrick in regards to the management of the building on Cranmer Street in Nottingham. I have chased multiple times and given ample time for them to fix the issue before writing a bad review here.

They replaced the gates to the grounds but then didn't provide the codes or key fobs to the residents so they could get in. I then called and messaged Centrick hundreds of times (on the phone and using their online portal, which is a joke as it doesn't work). And each time, I was fobbed off and no one took the time to resolve the issue. It was over 3 weeks before I got a message saying they will look at it. It's still not resolved since I first messaged on 7th Feb 2026. It's now 2nd March 2026.

There are a lot of positive reviews about Centrick here so either these are fake or I've been unlucky with who I have to deal with. I hope senior people at Centrick see this review and start to question anyone at Centrick related to Cranmer Street or who work in their customer service.

Terrible management—no email contact, a portal that blocks submissions, impossible to communicate, unsafe, and utterly negligent after years of ongoing failures.
