I had not received my service charge bill (in the post) so was issued a hefty late payment fee. Mustafaa immediately resolved the issue by emailing me the bill and upon receipt of the payment, removed the late payment fee. Quickly and sensibly resolved.

Based exclusively on my call with Benjamin Wigley at Centrick the customer service was perfect. I was looking to move into a flat and get some information beforehand and he went out of way, off script to try to solve my issue and also followed up with an email. He remembered details of my request and genuinely tired to help.

Work for Rentlife have numerous apartments we manage in liberty place and Saf the site manager is always on hand to help with anything, great asset to liberty place.

Cowards won’t answer emails or phone calls and continuously send increased invoices trying to get you to pay for other people’s electric - scam artists

Been coming to carry out inspections at liberty place for years and saf has always been very helpful especially with obtaining meter readings

​I wanted to leave a quick review to say how brilliant Saf at Liberty Place has been. I recently had two different issues that needed sorting, and he handled both of them incredibly quickly. What really stood out was that he didn’t just fix the problem and forget about it—he actually followed up to make sure everything was still working fine.
​He is such a social, happy guy and is always ready to help the second you walk up to the desk. It’s rare to find someone so diligent who also makes you feel genuinely welcome every time you see them. Thanks for all the help, Saf!

I have been a tenant for over 7 years, and my experience with Centric Property has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding how a serious issue was handled.

In 2024, my property suffered a severe water leak, which forced me to move out for approximately two months. Unfortunately, Centric failed to manage the situation properly. The issue was not addressed in a timely manner, and I was left living in a property with heavy damp and a significant insect infestation for months.

Action was only taken after the property became completely uninhabitable. The repair process took a long time, and even after the work was completed, the damp problem persisted for months. During this period, dehumidifiers were running continuously, day and night — even while I was not living in the property.

As a result, my electricity bills increased significantly to around £150 per month. I was clearly informed that these additional costs would be reimbursed. However, despite it now being nearly two years, I have still not received any reimbursement.

I have provided all required documentation, including invoices and supporting evidence, but there has been no resolution. Communication has been extremely poor mails are consistently ignored, and no clear updates are provided.

This level of service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as serious issues may not be handled professionally or promptly.

I spoke with Mustafaa today as there was an issue with where letters were being sent related to service charges.
I gave Mustafaa a brief history of what had been happening and he listened patiently. He offered advice on next steps, what his actions would be and what my actions should be.
He replied within a few minutes as he said he would confirming what he will do.
I replied promptly providing the details requested.
The resolution was very satisfactory and I have trust in Mustafaa and Centrick overall.

I would also like to add that Centrick portal is very helpful to be kept up to date on what is happening around the estate where my property is.

We have been working with Charlotte and Leen at The Saxons and they have been amazing! Always easy to get hold of to resolve queries and very friendly and polite. The whole of The Saxons site meticulously maintained under the instruction of Charlotte and Leen and this is a place that we are proud to say that we provide services to!

We work alongside The Saxons as a contractor, there amazing people to work with, clean & tidy establishment. Charlotte is always extremely helpful, polite & professional when assisting us in our duties also!
