Lovely cushions and good quality…
Lovely cushions and good quality feather cushion pads. I got them in the sale, nit sure if I would have paid full price for them. Postage on the steep side too. Hopefully they’ll last a long time.

We've had a fabulous experience…
We've had a fabulous experience throughout with OKA and especially Leah, the Interior designer based at Redbrick. She has helped us design three rooms in our home and encouraged us out of our comfort zones when it came to colours and patterns. Any items we were unsure about, were relooked at and she gave us options within our budget. I'm amazed that this is a free service and highly recommend people to try it. We love the results. Delivery was also on time and friendly.

Thank goodness we have a local OKA retail outlet at Fenwick Ltd, Newcastle, rather than travelling down to Harrogate to visually see products.
I was able to find the exact products I required with the help of a polite sales assistant.
I would like to see a wider choice of products (if available) at OKA Newcastle.

Called at red brick to pick a picture…
Called at red brick to pick a picture up. Misinterpreted and I, along with a friend, spent nearly 2 hours in the shop.
Leah the shop assistant was an absolute star. She never pressured us to buy anything, yet helped with anything she could. She was very attentive ,yet not intrusive. She made us feel welcome and even gave my dog a treat.
I would also like to mention on a previous occasion while shopping at your redbrick store, a lady named Louise was also a pleasure. She was one of the reasons we came back for a second spree.
Ive always ordered online at oka, but i will definitely shop in the store in future.
The staff make a extremely huge difference to your experience and these two ladies have customer service expertise of to a fine art..

Successful Broadway showroom visit.
We always like visiting the Broadway showrooms where everything is displayed so wonderfully. On this visit we bought a set of prints and a linen tablecloth which was hugely reduced. Charlotte helped us this time and agreed to let us take away the set of prints as they had two sets on display. The manager was also very helpful and they both carried the items to our car which was in their very handy car park behind the showroom. A very productive visit and ps. The tablecloth fitted perfectly when we got home!
