Exceptional service from Amanda
I had a very good experience shopping at OKA in Knutsford, and wanted to particularly mention Amanda, who was absolutely fantastic. She really went the extra mile to help me choose soft furnishings for my home and spent so much time with me, offering some brilliant suggestions and ideas.
Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything — it was simply excellent, genuine customer service.

Called in to my favourite OKA Harrogate…
Called in to my favourite OKA Harrogate store to order their icon Sheki Olive Armchair, id been pondering for a while, along with the large Sycamore Rug and matching Pouffe as just gone into sale (both great buys!).
Claire and Louisa were so helpful in holding the Pouffe id spotted the day before, so i could return to take my time to see if items worked together prior to ordering. Always great customer care, on hand to chat through ideas, taking time to see options and advise on etc., no rush or hard sell.

I love all things Oka and if we had the finances I would totally Oka’ise our house. Luckily for us we have an Outlet store not too far away. I asked them to let me know if a sofa I loved came in. They did! Amazing service and very happy with ex display sofa in excellent condition for less than half price. Happy days!
