Great website, several pictures to show the products. Easy to order. I ordered two cushion covers and forgot to order the pads - no problem, I telephoned Oka and the order for the pads was sorted (spoke to helpful girl). I much appreciated being able to speak to someone in person. The items were well packaged and the delivery was quick.

I asked for some advice on line on what accessories I could purchase for my living room, Ellie gave me great opinions on ways I could use cushions that would complement my room decor. Very pleased with everything I purchased . I found this a great help because it’s hard to pick on line when you’re not viewing the items in store.

A dreamy place OKA
The OKA Chelsea store on Fulham Road is less of a shop and more of a total interior design experience. I spent hours browsing the three floors, and every corner is filled with gorgeous textures, layered fabrics, and timeless styling. I especially loved their brilliant 'Bunched by OKA' faux floral displays and the fact that you can take your time exploring without feeling rushed. The staff are warm, creative, and incredibly helpful when you need them. A must-visit if you appreciate well-made furniture and beautiful presentation.

Always a pleasure to shop at OKA Knutsford
It’s always a pleasure to shop in Oka Knutsford. It’s such a beautiful shop and everywhere is so immaculate and well presented. On this occasion we were looking for ornaments and Amanda was there to help us (she previously helped us in August to order a dining table).

The delivery company refused to deliver…
The delivery company refused to deliver the sofa because they claimed they couldn’t find legal parking. This is a residential street in central London and the first time it has ever been a problem. Since then it has been incredibly difficult to get clarity on if the delivery will be rescheduled. Delivery is still pending.
