Broken Washing Machines
I'm suggesting that Pangea's Maintenance needs to fix washing machines and dryers on a regular basis. I went to wash my clothes & washing machine #1 & #2 needs repairing. And I thought that Pay Range refunds your amount lost from the machines. They could have refunded the money back from your credit or debit card. They need to repair all dryers and washing machines.

Not reliable
The app timer and the machines do not seem to be in sync, sometimes it's off by 7 to 8 minutes. To the point that when I start the washers I'm setting my own timer on my cell phone because I cannot rely on the time that I'm getting from the app.

The apartment complex that uses you let the laundromat become gross. Over half the machines don't work and there is an unbearable stench. Plus there are way cheaper options around here.

No more cash needed at the laundromat.
Pure convenience. I don't carry cash as a matter of habit, so not having to revise that when I go visit the laundromat is just absolutely fantastic, and this app makes that possible.
Every laundromat should go cashless.

Very convenient
I appreciate being able to do my laundry without getting change. It is really convenient and saves a lot of trouble. I do not typically carry cash so getting change is a hassle. The service is responsive and has worked without issue every time I've used it.

It’s not perfect. I lose money all the time due to a faulty program within the app.

The app is unreliable
The app is unreliable and sometimes I lose money from it because it doesn’t deduct the amount you’ve already credited to the machine. The slider is also hard to use, and the user interface is challenging.
