Spill always helped me getting out of my head whenever I was having a hard time at work or in general. The councillors are very good and I couldn't recommend this more. :) They allowed me to be upset, cry in front of the camera without judgement.

I think therapy is something that scares a lot of people, which makes it difficult te get started. Spill uses modern technology to make applying for a session a breeze, which lowers the thresh-hold immensely in my opinion.

Spill fills a gap so well. Sometimes you don't need a full course of therapy, but just a one off chat with someone qualified to help you. Spill does this perfectly! There are always appointments available, and the counsellor I spoke to was wonderful, I left my session feeling so much better!
